So this is the sourdough breakfast sandwich that I received with my order and I just gotta say that this is sad. You guys CONSTANTLY have made issues with my orders in the past and usually I let it go. Do better please. If someone served this to you, you would be just as upset and I’m not able to give someone else their food cause it looked like this. Also I wanna add that my order was $42.08 I’ll probably never give business here again, I only do because it’s convenient for me and everyone in my office I order for.

I love visiting Dunkin and getting a blueberry glazed doughnut. One of the highlights of my day.This time was No different with the exception of having to wait for service and a greeting. Not upset as the person working was apparently the only one present at the moment. Definitely, the store itself is in need of more staff so that they can eliminate wait time for clients.

Krista or (the Manager) is an idiot!! She has no knowledge of the products she’s selling! I ordered a coffee in drive threw and she corrected me 3 times and when I got to the window she was talking so loudly about me not being able to order correctly I could hear her from my car . I asked to speak to a manager and surprise she’s in charge. With someone like her running things your business is awful I won’t spend money here again!

This one I went to didn’t have anything and the customer service was very unprofessional not anything was organized they don’t know how to take orders they just don’t know how to deal with people. The whole staff need to be replaced.

The employees are rude as usual. Most employees don’t even know the donut that only Dunkin makes-the headlight. And the donuts slightly stale and they stack them on top of each other so the chocolate spreads on everything but the donut. Why would you not put it in the little boxes they provide you? Commonsense folks!!!

I’ve been to probably dozens of Dunkin’s around the world and never had bad service at one until I pulled up to the window of this location. I had placed a mobile order on the app and pulled up to the window (as I’m used to doing at most other Dunkin drive thrus especially when there isn’t anyone else in line). I get told by the employee that the manager wants me to pull around and go to the speaker. A little confused by this request I say okay and start backing up to the speaker that’s about 5ft behind my car and the employee stops me and says that the manager wants me to drive all around the building and go to the speaker. There still isn’t any other customer at this location and I’m more confused and ask why I can’t just back up? The employee says that the manager just wants me to go around. At this point I’m frustrated but don’t want to risk the bored manager possibly spitting in my drink so I stay calm and go around to the speaker state my order number and name (which I could’ve at the window as there were clearly no other mobile or in person orders…) and pull up to the window to grab my drink. The employee was just following orders, but the giggling while telling me what the manager wanted showed that this was not the first time they disrespected and wasted a customers time for absolutely no reason. The manger also very rudely (basically yelled at me as if I was a child that did something wrong) told me that I can’t be pulling up to the window without going through the speaker first before I left. Extremely rude and disrespectful service at this location. Just because you’re bored and probably overpaid doesn’t mean you take it out on the customers that pretty much pay for your job.

I saw a long line and wanted to drive past. Driver insisted we stop since it was on the way to our appointment. The order was wrong in three different ways. The girls all had an attitude. Out of the 5 items ordered, 1 was good. Spare the calories and skip dunkin. At least this location.
