The service is sub-par and declining I go here almost every morning at 5:30 am and most times things are not ready or they just dont care. Room temp coffee, soggy hash browns , even if I ask for them to be well done. Sometimes I don’t even get what I ask for. Needs new management in the mornings. I would rather go to the one on Waters by the veterans. They are always on point.

Is this a joke?? How have people become so unprofessional on the job? We asked for an order of snacking bacon and the person said “do you want a drink with that because they might be a little dry” while laughing with her coworkers and making jokes ( of course they were laughing because they knew the bacon was burnt and they were going to serve it just like that anyways. ) the bagel with cream cheese had cream cheese just in the middle, with nothing to spread it with so now I have to take a bite full of cream cheese alone. We were also asked if we wanted to give a donation and when we said no the lady sighed and said “ohhh my god” with an attitude. So rude, absolutely no work ethic.

So I got here this morning to study and I haven’t been here in a while, so I suppose either they have new management or maybe the owner just happened to be there when usually the owners for Dunkin Donuts aren’t. Anyways, I was kicked out I suppose because they don’t want people staying for too long. Which I can understand if they don’t want homeless people hanging out but if people stop by to study and work – why does it matter how long someone stays? Thats what coffee shops are for or so I thought. Some guy asking if my stuff is charged like my stuff was charged when I arrived. What a shame, I used to come to this dunkin a lot and haven’t been in a while. But now they will be loosing my business and this review hopefully taken into consideration by customers for the complete lack of hospitality to paying customers who are trying to work. Yet another example of this country going down the drain.

The drive-thru service at this Dunkin’ Donuts is consistently outstanding! From the friendly and efficient staff to the delicious food and beverages, everything is top-notch. I hate leaving bad reviews but i’ve been going to this dunkin consistently since I was 14 and i’m officially giving up on it. I ordered two donuts, and an iced vanilla coffee with extra cream and extra sugar, topped with cold foam. Not only did they give me the wrong donuts and a drink that was completely wrong, but the two women working inside were both full on screaming at each other the entire time. The customer who was in front of me ended up leaving because they had taken over 10 minutes to get his order out the window, I had similar issues when ordering but I figured by the time I got up to the window it would be fine. both people who are working on drive-through orders were extremely unprofessional and rude not to me but to each other, at one point one of the workers was screaming at the other one to clock out go home and quit because she didn’t like her attitude, and the other one just proceeded to scream back at her that she wasn’t going to be doing that until they called Jason who I assume is a manager or owner (?). it’s also important to note, that I wasn’t given a receipt, and my original cup for my drink was on the floor, the girl working the drive-through window picked it up to make my drink and someone else had to tell her to use a new cup (all in front of me). Even though my order wasn’t expensive, I’m still frustrated that I paid money for three things that I’m not going to eat/drink. I tried to say something before driving away but because they were screaming at each other they could not hear me, so I chose to just go about my day. I really hope something changes at this location whether it’s better management, or some quality control with the staff. They definitely need a manager on site at all times because there’s someone who works in customer service, that would not, and should not slide at a professional establishment.

First time at this location. I went to drive through at 4:30 PM and every donut I asked for they were out of. Finally, they told me what they did have. Everything filled with jelly and glaze. So do they not make donuts when they see they are running out? How are you out of more than 1/2 your choices on the menu? I got a glaze and it was cold and dry. They didn’t even put a napkin in the bag. Come on, do better.

This location is on my M-W-F commute, so I go there very frequently. They are always out of the donuts we order; today the coffee machine couldn’t make hot decaf. The folks working behind the counter are friendly and efficient. The mobile app doesn’t update each store’s inventory in real time like Starbucks’ does — a glaring weakness and a frequent disappointment to order something that is sold out. (This is a company-wide app not specific to this store.)

Absolutely disgusting. Went here this morning in my birthday to treat myself a little before work and they handed me a half empty bag of BURNT hashbrowns and my vanilla iced coffee has mounds of sugar st the bottom. Took a sip and literally had nothing but sugar in my mouth had to spit it out while I was driving. The girl I’m drive thru was extremely rude, I guess she was upset with me because I was waiting for my change? She rolled her eyes and threw the coins in my hand. I told her to have a good day and she closed the window. Absolutely terrible service and food.
