Unfortunately, very bad service. There were counting up the register money during the middle of the day and therefore wouldn’t serve us for about ten minutes. That’s fine enough I guess, but when we politely said that we had been waiting for a while, the manager replied “No, you haven’t.” Haha. I’ve learned to laugh it off, but of course–terrible service. I don’t see any reason to return to a dunkin donuts chain again in the future.

Just stopped by to grab a cup of joe. I ordered and pulled up to the window to find the young man working making a fresh pot of coffee. I immediately realized the time and asked what time they closed. He replied by saying ‘in 10 minutes.’ (no attitude) I then asked if he had just cleaned those pots, of which he replied ‘yes, but it’s not a problem’. I apologize for the extra work. I was getting ready to cause him when he replied,’it’s really not a problem, you’re my customer and it’s my job to serve you.’ Sebastian is a true asset to your DD location and should be rewarded for his excellent customer service skills! I’ve been to many places lately that the workers would have handled that completely differently, and I’ve never gone back!! I will definitely return to this DD and hope to have Sebastian again!

This morning I went and purchased coffee and hashborwns at my local dunkin. We ordered 2 iced Carmel craze signature lattes 1 hot cappuccino and 4 hashbrowns. After they took my money I was ignored for 10 minutes. I could see my items were complete and done just sitting on the counter. Getting cold and my ice melting into my iced coffees. When they finally realized I was there they tried to charge me again because that’s how confused they are at this location. My 2 iced signature lattes barely had and whip cream at the top. They were the sweetest one we ever had because they are not consistent with how they make their drinks. The hashbrowns were cold and hard in the middle. And the cappuccino had to be completely thrown out because it taste like a dirty coffee pot! We will not return here anymore due to these inconsistent workers.

I haven’t been in a while because food and service was lacking. So I decided to give them a chance today, girls were nice, but I can’t believe this is what they served me. Sandwich too is mushy, missing and bottom sides burnt.. DnD you have to do better. I used to love it.

Waited FOREVER! Only 2 other cars in line get to Window and there are 6 employees and 2 working the others just standing around. My iced coffee was clearly just hot coffee they put ice in because it was watered down. Egg wrap Burned. Don’t bother coming here. This use to be one of the better locations but it’s gone down hill like the rest.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ donuts for at least 5 years, the people are just getting ruder and ruder. The people they hire have zero customer service skills, and not one “hurry up” bone in their bodies. The guy in there today put my coffee down right behind the counter while I was standing there waiting for my order. He looked right at me and went and took another customer’s order. Obviously does not understand how mobile orders work. When I said something about my coffee he gave me an attitude and told me that I should have said something to him. This is his job, it’s not my job to tell him how to do it. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. You have to wait a couple weeks for the turnover, then I may return.
