Not happy right now. Ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. It’s over toasted and could you spare the cream cheese? to top it off the woman at the window had an attitude. ??? They weren’t busy I drove right up, sorry did I interrupt your break? No smile, grumbled that my total for my gift card was on my receipt which it was not. Well hope my pleasant attitude and smile changes her day.

Went to Dunkin’ this morning on my way to work. I walked in and ordered a large iced coffee and a donut, and the cashier suggested I add some hash browns to my order. I contemplated it, and it honestly sounded good. The hash browns were the first thing to arrive to me, and they looked awful… lukewarm, soggy, greasy, mushy. With high hopes, I tried the “best” looking one. It was as terrible as it looked. I asked the cashier if they were all like that, and he sheepishly said ‘yes’. I was looking forward to some nice, crisp and crunchy hash browns, and I received the exact opposite. I HATE wasting food, but these immediately went in the trash before I even left the store.

This location has recently become super inconsistent. The last 5 drinks I’ve ordered have all been the same drink order but made completely differently each time. They also only put like a teaspoon on cream cheese on their bagels now 🙁 Its a good reminder to stop wasting my money on coffee though!

Coffee is absolute disaster at this location. Do not order flavours, they will pour so much it will be impossible to drink it. Coffee with just milk horrible, not enough milk. I make better coffee at home. You need to teach staff at this location to do coffee. Or at least try what they hive to ppl.

Never go there at night, I’m sure the night crew would love it too :). I’m very understanding when it comes to places being understaffed or busy, but when it comes to just being rude for no reason? Nah. I hope the older lady that was working tonight reads this. It doesn’t hurt to say something from the speaker. Instead, you just shut off the lights to the drive-thru and store when someone pulls up. If you’re lazy, just say so.

I’ve been here a few times but that was the worst experience by far. As I’m writing this I’m waiting for my refund. I’ve been waiting for my refund for over 10 minutes and my entire ordering process was about 30-45 minutes. When I finally got to the window to pay and receive my lattes, they were white and creamy and I knew right away barely any espresso went into making this. After letting the employees know he takes my 1st drink and put espresso in the drink and melted my ice. When he handed it back to me it was watery at this point. I asked for a full refund, expecting some sort of swift action but no I’ve been waiting for atleast 20 minutes for my refund. No coffee just wasted time. This place seems understaffed.. two people working all areas of the stores. This is ridiculous. I never expected to waste almost a hour of my life and not end up with anything but I really want a resolution. At this point they took an hour of my time I deserve way more than my money back.
