I placed a mobile order for a Hot decaf CocoMcha with Coconut Milk, whipped cream, hot chocolate top and mocha drizzle, and an avocado toast. I definitely did not get what I ordered the bread wasn’t even toasted! I don’t even think I got a decaf let alone with Coconut Milk! Horroble!!

This is a hit and a miss for me. One day we went and the line was super long and we waited 15+ mins in the drive thru. Another day I walked over from a hotel and it was very fast. After our long drive thru wait we avoided the store and went to Wendy’s – would have much rather have had DD.

This is the WORST Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. Every. Single. Time. There is some sort of mess up or miscommunication. One time I ordered a macchiato with 6 shots of coconut and they gave me a macchiato with 2 shots of coconut and 6 espresso shots and charged me $11! Today I ordered a simple iced green tea UNsweet. First she told me they don’t have that and are unable to make it. I told her to grab someone more experienced. She came back saying “oh yes we do have that actually”. I know, the green tea is on tap, all Dunkins have it. Then, they made it super sweet when I asked for UNsweet so they had to remake it. This is only 2 orders but that I will name but it’s always an issue. And I also always have them say back the order to make sure they heard me correctly. It’s never the same workers either wich makes me feel the turnover is super high. The next closest Dunkin to me is super nice and accurate and they have had other customers come to them to fix orders from this Dunkin, not just me lol.

I’ve always had issues at this Dunkin’ Donuts but it’s clearly gotten worse. Either my order is incomplete, wrong, not made as it shld be (per menu) or cold. The (semi) new owners don’t seem to care about the reputation of their business and lack competency. Employees alike. My latest order, today, was an egg & cheese croissant. I ended up with bacon egg and cheese on gooey soggy smashed bread that barely resembled a croissant. I ordered this because this facility claimed they “no longer carry” the tomato pesto grilled cheese. Which is a crock. I order it all the time from, not only this DD, but others as well. & it’s still on their menu ♀️ I stopped ordering it from this one because it was like they premade it and kept it in a fridge. It was never made right and always cold & the bread rock hard. And, all but refused, to correct the order when returned. They actually made me wait almost 20 mins for it to be remade (warmed) once they were done with a group (of their race) that came in after me. How hard is it to toast bread, slice tomatoes, slap on a piece of cheese, spread pesto & put it all together? Or warm it up for that fact? Not like I wanted my money bk. I simply wanted my food not to be cold.

I have had 3 orders delivered through Uber from this location, every single one has has missing items… when it’s your job to put donuts in a bag and hand the bag to someone and you can’t muster up the cognitive capacity to do that, it’s time for a re-evaluation of your life choices. Amazing customer service! Order taker #64785 was polite, patient and knowledgeable on the menu items. The kindness is his voice was easily identified through the speakers. The staff all smiled while working. Our food was cooked well and the coffee tasted excellent. I would definitely revisit this location on a Saturday morning before 10am.

I can not express how much I love and adore this store! Lexii is the best store manager! She works so hard everyday I stop by (literally almost everyday or twice a day) for my coffee. This is my #1 store pick. She puts a lot of enthusiasm and efforts into her store. You don’t find great service like this anywhere. She has done a-lot of improvements throughout the store from staff, keeping up with New Trends, the store employees (Audrey, Dorian and a sweet gentleman I forgot his name, always makes my coffee the perfect way every time. He is the Best and has such a good heart.) how you feel like family when they are there. This is rare to see this now a days and I’m lucky to be able to still see that in this entire team. Please cherish these individuals. THANK YOU ALL for ALWAYS making my day and keeping me running on Dunkin ♥️
