Wasn’t going to write a review but something needs to be said about this store and the way that they treat there employees. When I first got to this store food and beverages weren’t being dated correctly. The floor was utterly disgusting due to the fact that no one mops. While I was cleaning I found mold in the espresso machine, cream dispenser and Ice carriers. Nothing was being cleaned and dated properly including bathrooms. I ended up having a really bad accident at this store where I burned half my hand and heard that Upper management basically said I was a joke and that I did it on purpose to get money when it literally stopped me from making money

Ordered online for a pick up, and when I walked in, I felt ignored for at least the first five minutes, so it was most likely more because I was on my phone, trying to pass the time and patiently wait. I saw workers behind the counter towards the back, busily trying to prepare orders for the drive-through, but no one even acknowledged my presence at first. Then one employee did acknowledge me, and I told them I was there for pick up. They seemed really rushed and stressed, and let me know that they did not have one of the items that I ordered. It was confusing because it seemed like they almost didn’t even have my order, despite the fact that I had already paid for it online, but I suppose you’ll have that from time to time. The employees definitely seemed stressed and overworked. I think I was in the store for over half an hour total before they were able to get me my full order, which defeats the purpose of ordering online ahead of time for pick up.

This Place is never cleaned, in the back is just as bad when I came in the lobby. Not to mention what’s going on with the bathrooms?? Absolutely disgusting!! They do not take care or have any pride in this store. I wouldn’t dare to add any photos because of how horrible this location is! How can you trust this management to prepare your morning coffee or food?? I ordered a cold latte and was given spoiled milk! Yuck! How could that possibly be a mistake?? Maybe because they DO NOT clean anything up in this store! You can get someone really sick!! I don’t blame the employee because she was by herself?? That cannot be safe!! This store needs way better management TBH! Avoid this place!!

Today I pulled up to order the only item this location knows how to make and that is putting coffee in a cup. For years this location either doesn’t have what I want in stock when I come there or they mess up my order. Today I allow myself to be up sold on some hashbrowns when I went to buy the coffee just because the guy was very upbeat and I was also a little hungry too. I got served a ball of greasy potatoes all bunched up and I had to remind them about the catch-up in the bag and then ask for a napkin after that. They just can’t get right ever.

Ordered a coffee and the bagel minis, got my coffee right away, but sat and waited at the last window for over 10 minutes, never got the bagel minis and couldn’t get anyone’s attention. I had to leave because I was working and my break was up, I didn’t have time to sit and wait. There was also male employee yelling in the back at the other employees. They were not busy so I don’t understand what happened, at least the coffee was good.

Terrible terrible place to stop for a morning coffee. We bought a doughnut which looked and smelled stale. The hot chocolate looked so bad we didn’t dare take a sip of it. Nobody bothered to STIR it! Grilled cheese was so frickin sad I couldn’t figure how they got the cheese to burn without even toasting the bread!

This used to be one of the best dunking locations. Since the new manager took over it has become one of the worst. constantly replacing staff. They are constantly out of common things like ex large cups or lids or dunking midnight coffee. It takes them over 5 min before they even place any order in drive through. Stay away from this location or prepair to be greatly disappointed
