I don’t know why I thought this time would be any different. My drink was made wrong once again here. The staff is friendly but they don’t pay attention to the orders. I’ll probably never do back to this location. I orders a strawberry dragon fruit refresher made with sweet tea. My drink was made regular has a ton of ice so it taste more like water then anything. By the time I realized it, it was too late to turn around but my order should be made properly so customers shouldn’t have to turn around anyway. Very frustrating.

First time buying donuts in florida. I bought them for my daughters. Haven’t been in a donut shop in 5 years. This place was dirty and frankly donuts looked not so tasty. I had asked which ones had fillings and the employee looked at me like I was odd for asking that question. I quickly bought a dozen. I had 5 daughters and my wife only 5 donuts got consumed the rest went into the garbage. I won’t return.

I order a latte they did not add any sugar / sweetener when I specifically asked for it ): the workers are nice but don’t pay any attention to the order! My friend came to this location as well and they forgot to add any Carmel into her drink it was just coffee and ice.

Stopped at Dunkin to get my granddaughter Alexa a order of her favorite hash browns went inside to get our order it was clean inside well-lit and they waited on my granddaughters over there right away oh, the hash browns were hot when we got them she enjoy them on the ride to school thank you Dunkin Donuts ⭐️

Unacceptable. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches for my kids, obviously burnt but yet the woman still wrapped them up and put them in our bag? I opened them up and would not accept the concept that this person no doubt could see how burnt they were and still gave them to us. I went back to inform the manager and receive my money back as they do not deserve service. The woman who did it responded rudely with an attitude like I did something wrong. Will no longer bring service to this location.

I hate to give them 3 stars because usually they’re on top of it, but unfortunately not only did I take the drive thru for a late coffee around 5pm, when only one car was in line, it took atleast 10+ minutes to even order. I asked for a large iced coffee with extra cream and sugar, and they put the entire sugar packet (paper and all) in the coffee. Idk if it was a mistake if it was because they were having a bad day.. they seemed upset when I got up to the window (I even gave a tip to try to help her smile). But anyway, I didn’t realize the coffee had the sugar packet until I finished it and went to toss it. Here’s a picture.

Service was friendly and the apple fritter donut was my favorite but I would not recommend the coffee, super bitter with an aftertaste, I had to put too much sugar to drink it.
