Went through the drive through and ordered coffe, 2 donuts, a wrap and hashbrowns. At the window after we paid we were handed the coffee and 1 donut and then a bag of food that wasn’t ours. When we told her it wasn’t ours and that we needed the other donut, she started getting an attitude. She then says in a nasty tone that she gave us a donut already. After talking to the people inside someone else finally confirmed that we were telling her the right order. She gave us the donut with no apology and told us to pull around. Someone else brought out the rest of our food which was CLEARLY made horribly intentionally. Everything was over cooked and hard to the point we couldn’t eat it. We were not given a receipt despite asking. Don’t go here if you want edible food or service without an attitude.

The incompetence and absolute rudeness of this restaurant is amazing. They got the simplest order wrong, refused to correct it, the. Got upset and started yelling when they were called out. I haven’t been to a Dunkin in 6 months and after this experience it will be another while. Go instead to Krispy Kreme down the street. Their donuts are fresh and employees are actually competent.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars because that’s what this Dunkin should get. This is second time in this week where they closed at 5:30 PM. I drove 14 mins just to find out they’re closed. First time they had notice on drive through that they’re closing due to staff shortage but this time there is literally nothing. This is absolutely unprofessional. They open and close based on their convenience.

I just went through the drive through and the lady doing the order was EXTREMELY rude, we left the drive thru because she was yelling so we left. She was outside waiting for us when we turned through the drive through so she can say something to us. I have full video of her coming up to my man trying to yell and advancing towards him.

The only dunkin that does a great job every time. Coffee is always perfect, not burned with grounds typical of other locations. Follows order instructions for customized coffee. I drive out of my way every day to come to this location. Great staff!
