My mom and I arrived at 8:50 pm on a Friday night after having our beloved cat euthanized. Unbeknownst to either one of us, this location closes at 9 pm. My mom and I were in desperate need of a quick source of sugar to keep us awake as we had to travel back to Holiday after being devastated. The creepy employee stepped out and informed us that he was closing up shop for the night. All we wanted were 2 lousy donuts for a rapid source of sugar. That was not to be. One other note: there was a disgusting man who seemed either intoxicated or high hanging outside this location. It was a strange, disappointing and scary experience.

So the guy at the counter spent more time talking to the police officer there getting food, then asking for the next 3 peoples orders. Then forgot what I ordered twice! Not at all a good spot when you may need to get to work. Their time and the consumers time are decades apart! If you start more south stop at another Dunkin. Guarantee it will take less time

5/22/2023 Got there at 1:15pm from another Dunkin a mile away that was short on donuts. . The donuts had not been replenished from the morning sales. Half the racks empty and the put the remaining racks had more than the last Dunkin.. Ahead of me was one person with a large order plus a line of cars at the window. While only two mile from my home only went here because the superior Frays Donuts is closed on Mondays.

Asked for an ice cream and they gived me the wrong one. When she ( Lena) got me what I asked for it was still wrong, and she had an actitud. Plus I was charged for 3 orders of ice ceam. The worse costumes service ever. Stay away!!!

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. Ordered coffe with cream & SUGAR. GOT TO WORK TO FIND OUT IT WAS A BLACK COFFEE. NO MGR AT STORE. I AM NOT SURE WHY THEY HAVE THE PPL WORKING THERE THAT DO WORK THERE. I BELEVE Dunkin Corp. Needs to know how bad this store is. Terrible workers terrible service. Terrible food. Got wake up wraps with the eggs cold.

Not for the working professional. Needed to get some work done before driving to my next site. Ordered coffee and donuts. I’ll give them 2 stars for atleast carrying the jelly donut holes. I showed up and saw they shut down the lobby, so that you can’t work in it. Then, some young chick gave me a hard time about working in my car, in a completely dead lot. Pick a different coffee house. Even McDonald’s does better.
