My order was missing hash browns order # 1398. Normally I’d let the situation go, but I was on lunch break at 6 am and was getting food for others so I called. When I called I was greeted professionally by the person the phone and her customer service was on par and was really good at deescalating the situation. I let her know 1 hash brown was missing. I then heard an employee in the background say. No both hash browns were in the bag, I put them there. Essentially calling me a liar. I let the woman know I heard her coworker in the background and it wasn’t well received. She handled what I said very maturely and professional as she continued to offer resolutions. I’m proud of the customer service of the person who took the call and wanted that made known. She even handled her coworkers pitfalls quite well!

I hardly ever write reviews. Usually most people don’t unless something was wrong.. so I frequently go to the DUNKIN on South Florida Avenue. I usually have really good customer service. That was not the case today. While ordering at the intercom I simply let the associate know that it was hard to hear her. With absolutely no empathy or regard she yelled my order back rudely and asking if that is all…just to get to the window and my order is completely wrong. The young lady taking my card even had an attitude. Like I get it. I work in customer service as well, and sometimes you are not in the best mood. Please remember the guest did nothing to you and it’s your responsibility to provide exceptional service irregardless of what’s going on personally. If you feel you service and how you treat others are not up to par, just simple take the day off!

I come here often for coffee, the Coffee is great. but it seems like every time I order food they forget something. or just don’t care lol. I ordered a sandwich, two hashbrowns and an iced vanilla loaf. i got the sandwich and 1 hash brown. make sure when you order here you make it very simple, 3 items or less…

Seriously,more like -5 stars…Used to come thru 3-5 times a week, now I refuse to go to this location and rather drive to 98N. Two days in row, I had to wait on the road (in line while there was an order taker outside) for almost 25 minutes! Just to get a extremely watered down cup of cream and sugar with a splash of coffee. Is there training here?? Ordered a bagel both days, and was really disappointed. Who ever was making food before 10 am on 8/7 & 8/8 needs to be retrained properly. Cream cheese was literally on one side of the bagel then smashed together. This location has gone down severely within the last month or so. Wouldn’t go back for a water cup if I was on fire…..it would take a half hour anyways.

Well, whether you are a Dunkin’ fan or not, you can expect a pretty consistent product and service at this location. Personally, I enjoy the coffee a lot and their donuts, especially the chocolate glazed donut and the pumpkin donut when it’s in season. And their prices are pretty hard to beat, especially compared to Starbucks down the road. This particular Dunkin’ is in an odd location, it’s kind of crammed onto a busy road and there’s barely any parking, and when you do park it’s really hard to get out if there’s a line for the drive through, which is fairly often. The drive thru can also be extremely slow. I mean sometimes upwards of 20 minutes just waiting in your car. They did just recently completely redo the inside and outside, so the buildings itself is a lot nicer now and more clean, which is cool. Basically, if you like Dunkin’ then this will store is just fine and what you want, if you don’t like Dunkin’ as much then probably don’t come here. Simple as that.

I was so excited to try the new Breakfast Taco that looked so amazing on t.v. What a disappointment….the taco is nothing at all like what you see on t.v. I opened it up to see what was inside and it is so sparse it’s ridiculous. Don’t bother….I wouldnt even give it one star….I wish I took a picture….you wouldnt believe it.
