With the amount of people on the clock (about 6) this place should not be as dirty as it was. Nothing looked clean and the employees was just walking around talking within the kitchen. Bathrooms look as if no one has wiped a single thing in years.

Please have them put a non-slip mat when walking in the doors cause my son RJ just got of the hospital in Sebring AventHealth & we had to stop by Dunkin Donuts in Avon Park on a rainy day & on the way in he just stepped inside & he slipped & fell I’m just Thankful to God that he didn’t hurt himself No More than what he needed I just Hope & Pray it won’t catch up to him later in life..

When I order an iced Machiatto with an extra espresso shot and whipped cream, thats what I expect, especially since I’m paying extra for the espresso! They give me basically a cup of iced milk with a splash of watered down espresso, no whipped cream. I hand it back and tell them I need the espresso along with the extra shot and whipped cream added into my over $6 cup of milk and receive the same cup of milk with whipped cream! NOT HAPPY

Everytime my husband and I go either in the morning 9am, 11am or afternoon 12pm they never have my favorite apple fritter Donuts they say they already ran out and I think it’s too early for them to run out at times they don’t have too much of choices of donuts either.

I don’t know who’s responsible for the horrible quality of this establishment because the staff is actually very pleasant and respectful but this is the most annoying Dunkin donuts I have ever been to!! They are always out of everything!! They never have the new stuff. Also, drinks do not look how they do online.

Say at the window, received my iced coffee, and donut and they said it’ll be a minute for your grilled cheese. OK no biggie. I watched the 2 ladies make 2 sweet pepper bacon croissants and 1 grilled cheese along with an avocado sandwich. Then i watched them bag them up. Everyone left the window area and then I see the lady that just made all those sandwiches walk out the door on the other side of the building. With as much bacon as she liked on the sandwiches I unbeatable now, she made them for her. She walked out and got in her car parked right at the door. Not like an employee parking spot. So i don’t know if she worked early shift and was getting ready to leave and made them to go or if she works there and wanted some sandwiches. But either way I say there for over 15m watching this. Then i watched some of the workers come back and start on my sandwich. Really. Customers 1st. I don’t have skill day while you feed your faces. Nor does the 4 cars behind me. Unbelievable. Had this been the only time I’d not be a hard on them, but I’ve been here 3wks and everytime I order from that store, I’m waiting at least 10m if not longer. Not sure who is working there, but I will prolly start driving 15miles to try that store or just go to McDonald’s!
