Ordered 2 large iced lattes with vanilla shots, oat milk and Splenda. We asked to change to oat milk after ordering and the cashier was complaining that she had to void the whole order and she “hates when people do that.” We received two coffees that looked completely different. We asked if the coffees were the same, and he response was “yes, look at the stickers on the cups.” Horrible service, horrible food quality and they tasted completely different. Do better.

This Dunkin is by far the slowest place. You just sit at the box in the drive through for 5 minutes or more and no one speaks to you. No one asks you to wait. I only do mobile orders and they make you get in the long drive through line – purpose of ordering online is to skip the wait. The man in the drive through if rude, he clearly doesn’t like his job. Someone needs to step in and help this place out because the service is ridiculous. No one should have to sit in a drive through for 30 minutes, especially for items they already paid for.

Terrible service, they could care less that I am standing there waiting. They are to buzy laughing and carrying on with friends and phones. I just stood there they gave me my donuts now I am waiting on the rest of my order but they forgot because they are to buzy. After awhile I did say something and the one lady looked at me like what are.you talking about. Then I reminded them I ordered a sandwich too. They had not even started it.

I had placed my order at 7:37 AM through the mobile app. When I arrived, there were so many cars around the building I attempted to cancel my order through the mobile app, which had already been paid for it but after some digging online, it stated that I needed to go into the store. I got out of my vehicle and attempted to go into the store but to my surprise, the front doors were locked. There was no notice on the front door asked to access for the lobby being limited. I had to get back in line to be able to speak to someone in reference to my order there was a young lady who was very kind and when I asked her, do you know how to cancel orders through the mobile app, a gentleman with a drive-through headset responded to me. No I don’t even have the app, and I told him I’m just wondering because I attempted to access your location through the front doors, but the doors were locked and he proceeded to say there’s only a few people listen, I understand times are tough in finding employees is scarce I told him at least put a sign up because there were so many people that got off when I did attempting to access the store and he proceeded to say I guess we should go home . I’m really hoping that that is not a manager for the store because it’s really sad when you have good employees and poor leadership. I also failed to mention that I had attempted to call the Dunkin’ Donuts number that was listed on Google multiple times, and the phone would ring and then there was no option to leave a message because the mailbox was full. I guess the long and the short of this review is put up a sign on your front door, stating understaffed lobby will be closed, or if there is an option- turn off the mobile ordering option so that you don’t have people who place an order, and then have to be stuck just to try to cancel an order.

Terrible service. Line around the building, lobby line to the door waiting to order, and mobile orders all over the counter not being filled. Only see 3 employees and all three taking there time to get anything done. Ordered via mobile for walk in and waited 15min and asked and they had it sitting randomly on the counter still missing half my order. Really need to be able to cancel order on the app incases like this I would have canceled and walked out.

This is ridiculous. I waited like 5 minutes at the speaker box. No one in line. The screen wasn’t working. Finally had someone answer me..placed my order pulled up to pay. Sat there over 5 minutes no one came to the window and I left. This place should be shut down and everyone fired.

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at Dunkin Donuts due to the rude behavior of two of their employees. While waiting for my girlfriend to get her hair done, I needed to use the bathroom and these two employees were the only ones in the area with a restroom. Despite this, they confronted me about using the bathroom multiple times and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

This location is constantly running out of products for a DD not to mention they can’t keep their frozen machine working! In today and no coconut milk or alternative sweeteners. Management is a joke, the DD in downtown WH no complaints…

The staff were extremely rude. There wasn’t anything to order. Finally when I ordered what they had and pulled up to the window to pay, the employee laughed and said “I refuse to serve you”. Do not go to this one. Rude and unprofessional. I wrote to the corporate office about the situation.
