Went today with my daughter and mother. This Dunkin is always HORRIBLE so I typically drive to Champions Gate or Celebration. I decide let’s try again. I go though the drive thru. One car ahead of me. Waited for approximately 10 mins. Then it was my turn. I was greeted by what I thought was a person but now I think it was a recording. I wait for another 10 mins and then I say hello. Mind you there is now a line of cars behind me. A woman with an attitude says that they are too busy to have the drive thru open so if we want to order we need to come inside. I said well you could have told us that 10 minutes ago since we have been sitting there and there is a long line of cars behind me. She said they are just too busy for that. I said well you could put a sign out here saying that the drive thru is closed that way customers don’t have to waste their time sitting here and the DK employees can save their time by not having to tell every car. I said that would be the professional thing to do. She yelled at me saying something about me being professional and then proceeded to call me a ‘fu$king whore’. I then pulled to the window and had to knock and yell for someone to come. A woman came over as if this is no big deal/common occurrence. She said she is the assistant manager. I told her the same thing. That name calling isn’t professional but if they are so busy inside they should hang up a sign. She made the excuse that there was one but it’s gone. I pointed to the cars still lined up and waiting. She could care less and thought it was funny. I told her I get it because apparently that DK doesn’t hire a good quality of people. I was provided the names Chelsea Nichole and Raymonde. I will be calling higher just because it was absolutely ridiculous. The wait and then the treatment. The Osceola Polk Line Road DK should be restaffed. They were only good when they first opened.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed a mobile order here went to the drive-through, it was about 6 AM and no one else was there, told them I had a mobile order, pulled up to the window, proceeded to wait patiently as I work in customer service and try to be understanding. I was aggressively handed my bag and as I pulled out of the drive through I noticed that they gave me the plain bagel bites instead of the everything bagel bites I ordered. I proceeded to park and walk in and tell them that I received the wrong item. Out of the three women there the one wearing the managers uniform, proceeded to yell at me that they were out of the ones I had ordered. I told her that she could’ve explained that to me while I was waiting and I could’ve asked for a replacement item or refund instead of just giving me whatever. She then proceeded to harass me for getting in the drive through after I ordered (which I put in my mobile order from the gas station while filling up) and said that it had a five minute processing time (that I wasn’t made aware of as the app doesn’t make clear). In my 5+ years of customer service experience, I have NEVER seen someone treat a customer like that even when provoked. This location needs to get it together.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Every single time I go to this Dunkin the lobby is closed despite the option to pick up in store when you order on the mobile app. The final straw with this store was when I went through the drive thru yesterday and the employee greeted me with a welcome to McDonald’s. I chalked it up to him just being bored and ordered my food and drink. The sandwich that your employees at this store gave me was disgusting and inedible and old. The egg on it was shriveled up and dried and smelled rancid, the bacon was almost non existent and burnt. It looked like it has been prepared the day before and left to sit. This store needs to shut down and clean house and train new employees and management because clearly they lack manners, pride in their workplace and lack knowledge in food safety. Someone is going to get very sick from eating here.

Placed an online order and after waiting 15 minutes in the drive through line and another 5 minutes to get from the speaker to the window was told my order was given to someone else that’s asked for it. I said that is fine, this is my order simply remake it, was told no. I said then give me a refund you clearly have my order to someone else was told no, you can dispute it in the app. This is the final straw after years of bad service and messed up orders.

I visit Orlando a great deal. This location is a mile from the entrance of a resort housing two timeshare locations. NOT ONCE have they had everything I order. “Out of this donut” “we have no medium cups” “sorry, no vanilla or Hazelnut flavor for your coffee” etc etc etc.

I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of service at this location. I’m okay with waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. However, to wait in the drive thru and STILL get possibly one of the worst services I’ve encountered is WILD. I ordered an Everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese and recieved a plain bagel, toasted with what looks like they cleaned the cream cheese knife with. Please see the photo. It seems as though this location is a franchise because other reviews have not been acknowledged, but for those reading, good luck

Was given the wrong order not once, not twice, but three times. Kid looked at me like it was my fault the 2nd time. I asked if he wanted to see my receipt and he just walked away. He cared more about his music than getting our order correct. They didn’t give us straws and the food wasn’t cooked well.

In addition to Dunkin’s lack luster donuts, we usually receive wrong orders and/or the items are burnt. We don’t go here often due to that, but when we are hoping to try it out again, something is off with the order.
