One of the slowest DD’s I’ve ever visited. One of the people in my group had to look up online how to make one of their advertised drinks and explain to the employees how to make it. The drinks were good but not because of the employees. Take a trip down to the next store if you’re interested in quick service.

Kevin and the other two ladies who work in the morning are fantastic. They have excellent customer service skills. I will always go there for my drink. They always make it just the way i love it. The other dunkins in the area just gave me a nasty iced coffee for a cappuccino. If you want the best customer service, the best coffees , & the best everything else do not hesitate to go to that location. Good job guys ❤

I just had the most bizarre experience here. I was waiting for quite a while at the drive through front sign at least 2 minutes while another car was at the window and I was wondering if the store was even open because the front door is locked. But then I saw coffee being passed to the car in front of me. I was waiting a good 6 to 8 minutes when I heard a little voice behind me and I realized oh my goodness I was probably supposed to place my order there and I saw two cars behind me so I couldn’t back up to do it so after all my waiting I pull up to the window. And the strawberry blonde freckled faced young person claiming to be a manager said no I will not serve you you should have placed your order back there, “I told you to wait”. I told him nobody ever spoke while I was there, nothing happened it was several minutes and I didn’t realize that that was a place to place an order. He refused to serve me.

I won’t bore you with a list of reasons not to come here or use Dunkin products. That is just not my angle. The problem is not simply that this store that has terrible customer service and their employees act like we should thank them simply for showing up to work. Unfortunately this is just a common issue amongst all Dunkins across the board. There are at least 5 different ones on my way to work and I have visited them all and they are no different. The customer service is definitely the worst part of this chain. Dunkin just do a better job of training your employees and remember with out us (paying customers) you wouldn’t be in business. I write this review as is sip my Grande Mocha from starbucks that is not even a minute away from this location. and the only one on my way to work.
