This Dunkin is located on the westbound side of Daniels Parkway, a very busy roadway and there was certainly plenty of traffic today. It’s set back off the service road and that makes it slightly more challenging to access. They do have a drive through.

I ordered a wake up wrap and an order of hashbrowns. When I got to the window I decided I wanted another order of hashbrowns. One of the workers directly told the cashier that she won’t be adding another order of hashbrowns for me, and that she only heard one wake up wrap and one hashbrowns, so I will not be able to get another order of hashbrowns? I’m not sure if this Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t want to make money or if they’re hiring the wrong people, but it was the laziest and rudest thing I’ve ever seen from fast food workers. It’s almost laughable.

I go there probably once a week religiously and not once have those girls ever been kind to me. I mean if you don’t like your job please do us all the favor and leave. Website says lobby opens at 5 AM. I got here at six and it’s still not open. I’ve waited till 7 AM and they still have not opened up the lobby. This is ridiculous! Horrible, horrible service.

Very disappointed in my order I ordered snack and bacon and it just tasted like uncooked regular bacon to uncooked and then I got an order of everything mini bagels and they were cold inside and out I couldn’t eat any of this a waste of my money normally it’s not like this maybe it’s because I ordered in the afternoon I’m not sure

I work across the street from this location, and have been many times. Each time hoping it will be better…and it’s not. The staff listens to your order, but somehow never can get that order to you? There have been so many times that I have paid the extra $2 or more bucks for cold foam or the “signature” latte which comes with whipped cream, and don’t get it. By the time you get your order, you have already spent well over 10 minutes waiting, so I usually just go on my way instead of handing it back. It wouldn’t be as bad if the staff were friendly, or gave you a second of their time instead of tossing a drink on the counter and running off.

Service was very slow. My fruit drink was very bitter. She was very apologetic for the time it took. The person I was with went to the marjaunia shop, got what was needed and I was still waiting. Only customer in the place. Donuts were very good.

I have never seen a group of employees that care less than DD on Daniels and Gateway. Looks like they grabbed the hash browns with their hands, mashed them up and threw them in the bag. The sandwich was cold and had a bad odor. Threw everything in the trash.

The absolute worst Dunkin in the area. When the other manager was running this store it was fine. Since hiring someone new it has went under 100 fold. They never have food items, you wait in line for at least 15 minutes regardless of how many cars are there and they somehow manage to never get your order or items right. Great job Dunkin
