I pull up to The Drive Thru Menu board it’s Still destroyed from the Hurricane 7 month ago, wait for like a Minute get No answer pull up to the Windows Wait another 5 or 6 Minutes by this time at least 5 Employee’s walk by the window and look Finally one girl opens the Windows I tell her I haven’t order she Closes the Window and another Employee comes out to tell me I have to go back around because they don’t take Orders at The Window. I ask for the Manager he comes to the Window takes my Orders and Not once did he Apologize. This will be my last Time on this Location, I believe they don’t want to be Bothered.

Went to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Cape Coral pkwy near chiquita. Not much of a selection in donuts, went there at 8 in the morning. No long John’s for grandkids. I bought a dozen donuts and everyone of them where stale! We threw away the entire box. Never will go back there

It never fails that when I go to this specific Dunkin my drinks are always bad. I try not to go here for this reason but sometimes I have no choice and I always give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they’ll get it right, but they never do. Every single drink I’ve ever ordered from them is NEVER full. There is always at least an inch of space in the cup. Today I ordered a large Carmel iced latte with one extra sugar. Immediately I knew it wasn’t made right when I saw how dark it was. I order this often at other Dunkin’s and it’s always super sweet and milky. This one today (pictured below) had barely any milk, was watered down, tasted stale, and was not sweet at all. And this picture is when I got it home after maybe two sips in the car. I was tempted to go back and complain this time since I never do, but the drive through line was long and I had my baby and dog in the car. I ended up having to mix in my own milk and sugar at home and it still doesn’t taste great. And for $5 I shouldn’t have to do that. I think this is the last straw for me and I’ll go out of my way next time for better coffee at the other Dunkin’s.
