Walked in at 5:30pm on 6/1/23 after a long day. Patiently waited before asking if I could place order. There was two young women working and they both saw me but continued to ignore my presence. When I asked to order, one murmured something rude. I chose to leave and not order anything. Guess they stop work when they want to. Hours today 8am – 7pm

let me start by saying that I never post negative reviews because I understand staffing issues come up and patience is required. That being said, this is the worst run shop that I have ever seen. The person, who I believe was the Manager (working in the kitchen) is toxic to this environment. Talking under her breath, complaining to workers about her job and complaining about customers who are just waiting for their orders. The self serve option sucks. It communicates about as good as the workers do. There was more than enough employees working this morning but due to bad management, everyone seemed lost. I will not be returning to this establishment (after being a customer for two + years) as well as the surrounding shops (probably the same owner). Speaks volumes that there are no responses to the negative posts. You will never find and retain good employees under this management/ownership.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. I am a physician and went inside to get donuts for staff- The staff was not only NOT helpful, but refused to serve me telling me to “use the kiosk.” I was visibly annoyed as I needed a couple dozen donuts and had questions. After 5 minutes of listening to them talk among themselves someone finally came over- When I told her I would rather order through her and waited 5 minutes, no one else was in the store- she said “you could have called us over.” nice customer service.

Everyone who works here is so polite. The woman with short hair who I assume is some kind of manager was there today and despite it being extremely busy and them being understaffed, was really running sh** like a champ! It was impressive. Like this spot.

I would give zero stars if I could. The person taking the order was very rude and unhelpful. They didn’t have any medium cups so therefore would not sell me a medium coffee in a large cup. Unwilling to accommodate customers. The food was horrible as well. Will not go back again

update… update I once had left a good review for this place. But the way the manager Vanessa treats people is horrible. Definitely needs people skills. We all have bad days, but I have seen this on multiple occasions. I have given 1star, because the coffee is still good. Update… So I went back through the drive thru for a ice coffee. The drive thru was not busy at all. I received my coffee, paid and left a tip and not even a thank you for the tip. Still awful customer service.

This is the worst Dunkin. Every time I eat here it’s a terrible experience. My grilled cheese never gets toasted. They don’t melt the cheese. The stuffed croissants are always frozen, same as the bagel bites. They constantly mess up my drinks. I’ll get an iced coffee and they make it hot. I go here everyday and I’m officially done. Not once have y’all got my order right. Sad. Because I love Dunkin’.
