Ordered on the app, went in and the young lady with blondish/brown hair didn’t acknowledge me. They didn’t have the donuts I ordered which is fine but she just sat there, didn’t tell me I could substitute. I literally had to ask her. She said I could request a refund on the app but she didn’t know how because she “doesn’t use the app”. I understand not having the donuts, that’s not a big deal, but the customer service was horrid. She just walked away from us said nothing, eventually the manager came over but she didn’t even tell us she was getting the manager. If the young lady hates her job that much, maybe she needs to quit.

Service is sub-par and the two times I have gone to this location, the orders have gotten screwed up. The guy making my stuffed croissant order wasn’t wearing a glove on his right hand (touching everything), but surely had it on the left. Burned the croissant, put it in the bag, and handed it to me, nonchalantly. I didn’t even realize the food was unedible until I got to my job and couldn’t leave at that point. The girl serving up the drinks looks as if she hates her job, which may be, but there’s jobs other places if one hates being there. Will never go here again and will keep being a patron to the one I normally go to.

Wow, last time visiting this location. Employees were rude and unhappy. On a busy Saturday morning, they leave a new employee running register by herself and when she asks for help, the worker or manager was rude. I’m not happy with paying to be treated that way. They were out of certain flavors as well as jelly. Less than 20 donuts left on a Saturday morning at 10am. And flies flying and landing on bagels. Horrible experience

Rude and disorganized. Honestly better off grabbing coffee and donuts from a gas station like Wawa or 7-11. I’ve gotten more professional service at a 4th graders lemonade stand. I can’t believe this place is even allowed to operate with such careless, disrespectful management. Seriously, don’t go here.
