I waited almost 5 minutes in the drive-through line. When I got to place my order, I couldn’t hear the lady through the speaker. I drove straight to the window and she said I had to drive all the way around again, she was very rude not understanding. She finally let me place my order, extremely rude, horrible customer service. When I asked her for my receipt twice, she asked me to drive away. I did not get my receipt and was charged way more than I should have been for my order.

This place has really slow people working there I’m talking mentally slow. Two days in a row my order was wrong and they forgot to give me an item. Rude older woman in the morning deciding how many sugars I should have and on top of it forgets to give me an item and when I come back they don’t even apologize hands it to me with an attitude. The afternoon guys were beyond ridiculous.. not a single customer in the store and only me and one car behind me at drive thru and they got all confused with the simple order and again forgot to give me an item.. Jesus Christ train these people better before you put them in front of customers..

I came here today and ordered half a dozen of donuts and a matcha latte and avocado toast. The lady who came up to us seemed to be in a bad mood but we started ordering. As a current worker at Dunkin I would never act like this towards a customer no matter how I felt. She kept forgetting what I wanted in my latte and had me repeat my self two times. As we’re waiting on the drinks and food two more employees came in and she told them to take her headset since her head was spinning very loudly uncaring for anyone who heard. She finally hands me my drink and it had the cold foam missing and was clearly made badly. She added cold foam to it and walked away with no apology’s. The drink had way too much matcha in it and wasn’t even mixed fully.

lightning doesn’t strike twice. we’ll it did at this location. firts time I wanted a dozen donut. I stood way back against the wal, trying to decide if I wanted anything other than donuts. Staying far out of what could be perceived as being in line. The guy working there wasn’t having it and pretty much forced me up to the counter to order. I wanted to hand pick my donut, but that seemed to massively inconvenience the employee. so I said, “Never mind, I’ll take assorted.”At least they were good.

Never Enough
Quality is on par with DD. The staff here makes ALL the difference! Every time I go to this location, the staff greets me by name and they already know my sons order. It means a lot to us as my son is on the Autism spectrum and he feels like a big shot when he is greeted by name and they already know what to make him. Major shout out to Jennifer (J-Lo)! She always goes the extra mile to ensure everyone leaves with a smile on their face.

Food orders are consistently wrong or not completed at all. This location concentrates on speed over accuracy. Many times you are out the the door and on your way before you realize your order is wrong. When I brought this to their attention they shrugged and said “check your order before you leave.” No apology. No refund.

I was on my way to work and stopped by the drive thru. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Not until I got to work did I realize I was given sausage. I turned around got back in the very long line. When at the window I again explained for the 3rd time the mistake. The guy disappeared and cam back with a cold sandwich. I can’t be late so thanks for nothing.

The staff is AWFUL. I have had issues with the younger staff being miserable but always brushed it off as them just being teenagers & having to work. But this morning is my daughters birthday- we come to the drive thru- she orders a refresher & large order of munchkins (did not ask what kind we wanted btw) to bring her friends at school- the lady tells us our total but we weren’t finished. I then start my coffee order & the woman AUDIBLY GROANS over the speaker as if I’m bothering her! My daughter didn’t even get to order the sandwich she wanted (ITS HER BIRTHDAY) because the woman was being so rude. We get to the window- no greeting, no hello, no nothing just shoved the drinks out the window & held her hand out for payment. This was an older Spanish woman. Same one as on the speaker. I know they get busy in the morning (I worked in the service industry for 20 years) but there is never a good excuse for that kind of poor customer service & dismissive attitude. My daughter doesn’t even like 80% of the cinnamon & jelly filled munchkins thrown in the box & never did get her breakfast sandwich. If this woman is the manager then Dunkin needs to reevaluate their hires. If this woman happens to read the reviews (doubtful because she didn’t seem to care much about her job at all) thanks for ruining my daughters birthday morning. Sorry we made you work at your job.
