I go to this dunkin almost ever morning because it’s close to my house. It’s hit or miss. But the way they make their cold brew is a monstrosity! Literally looks like iced tea it’s so watery! It’s so frustrating then I have to pay extra to add a shot because they can’t make it correctly.

I’m not sure why I continue to go back to this location as they has no standards of customer service or pride in what they serve you. I will say the only times I have received the correct order is when the manager is working the window every other time my coffee is made wrong or the food quality is bad. After getting 3 orders wrong in a row I’m not sure I can go back. To bad Golden Gate is limited to this location.

Ordered ice tea on line, went to locked front door with sign that said open and was told to go through drive through. Returned to my car and while going to drive through saw the front door open and 2 customers were allowed in. Waited at drive through window for a long time watching 2 different employees changing bags in garbage cans. When drink finally arrived it was cold coffee. Took back to front door and after waiting for an abnormally long time finally received the ice tea. Avoid this location. Apparently poor leadership.
