Another unhappy experience. Won’t return. Got there on a Sunday evening six-ish, ordered an extra large coffee with cream and sugar (see pic, couldn’t fill up a cup?) and a donut. Coffee wasn’t even warm but borderline cold. Donut was stale, having sat there since 5 AM I guess. When I asked if I could switch out the stale donut for a different donut I was told “we don’t normally do that.” I’m thinking, Dude you close in two hours and you’ll be tossing those two dozen leftover donuts, what’s the dilemma? I suggest when the goods become stale(coffee/donuts) to close shop for the day rather than leave your customers feeling annoyed and ripped off.

Came at 6:45 pm with my husband to get food and the teenager lied and said the oven “was broken” we come out to our cars and he locks the door . Clearly didn’t want to make food 15 mins prior to closing so just decided to lie .

Nice place, in the outside there’s tables that you can use for you time to stay at the coffee and in the inside you have the opportunity to sit and use a spine if you have to use the computer to work.

Ah yes a young woman by the name of Karla served me really well at this establishment and I’ve been reading these other reviews and it’s just cranky old people who need to be put in nursery homes but that’s not why I’m here Karla was very professional about her job and took pride of it 10/10 Recommend going to this dunkin!!!
