You usually don’t get much personality and happy-go-lucky when going through a drive through (understandable, I wouldn’t want to be there either), but this guy made our day with how cheerful he was and the multiple confirmations of our order. I visit DD a lot. It’s a good but can be bad habit if you’re counting calories. I like the DD Coffee plus the price is much less compared to Starbucks. Donuts are plentiful, large variety, sweet, and full of calories. Sometimes it’s fun to break the diet rules. Fantastic! Enjoy!

Dropped in quickly after an appointment close by. Tried an apple fritter, excellent, I must say. Plump and nice chunks of fruit inside. Friendly staff, yet a small eating area, so I enjoyed the outside sitting chairs.

I was traveling, stopped in to grab some breakfast on the run. I had already told the VERY NICE Lady with the Black hair and glasses ‍ that I had just broken a tooth, so I wanted something Soft (No problem). I exit the restroom and see my wife waiting outside. We get back on the road, with Absolutely No chance of returning at this point and I proceed to open my bag. The croissant and bacon were Burnt, Dried Out, Hard, Squashed and just Nauseating. Then my wife proceeds to tell me that the cook in ‍ the back just Aggressively tossed the bag at the counter like she was being bothered saying, “Bacon, egg and cheese,” with an annoyed attitude. But at least the Donuts we also bought were up to the D & D Standard.

I just had the worst experience at my favorite Dunkin, a new employee was extremely rude to me when I requested a box for my daughter’s fried egg. She stated it comes in a bag and she will not give me a box. I offered to pay for the box and explained my daughter is 3 and the hot egg burns her through the box, she said I don’t care about your reasons, slammed the window and walked away…I waited for awhile and then left. I called the store and requested to speak to the manager, the same girl answered the phone and insulted my intelligence by telling me she is Ryan the manager and that decision was made because things have changed and I will not get a box, I requested contact information for the regional representative, and she said you are not getting that here and slammed the phone down. One employee can turns track record of positive experiences in the blink of an eye….last weekend I enjoyed breakfast here and commended the gentleman who made me perfect refreshers. I know there is a staffing shortage but hiring inhumane individuals is counterproductive. I would have preferred the service of a robot.

For years, my family and I have gone to this Dunkin and almost always had a terrible experience. Usually if we go in the afternoon, the employees are kind and do the orders right (Pinky is a great employee). But every time I go in the morning, they are extremely rude and always get my order wrong. They even made a super mean comment about how many drinks we ordered. They forgot whipped cream on one of our drinks, and put chocolate frosting on our chocolate glazed. There is wayyy too much milk and sugar in the coffees here 99/100 times and I finally worked up courage to say something about it. Until I get word that they have changed the way they treat customers and learn to do orders right, I will not be coming back here.
