UPDATE: When Jeremy was the manager, things were good. He’s not the manager anymore. It’s awful. I have stopped coming here because they never, and I mean never, get my order right. Sure, I order flavor shots and stuff, but I pre-order so everything is printed out. And they still forget it all. Like no flavors. Like no whipped cream.

not even a 1 star dunkin, not sure how it has 4 stars. their supply truck “never comes” and it’s absurd. my medium drink was 6 dollars but the price seems to change every time. sketchy. workers tend to be sassy and have an attitude. it’s not my fault you work at dunkin’ donuts. seems to be every time i come here my drinks taste differently and i don’t understand how. if it’s the same exact order it’s the same recipe. i almost never get on yelp, but this is a real problem. someone needs to shut this dunkin down. on top of that, the workers most definitely spit in drinks.

Big yikes from this Dunkin location. Racist employees and threatening to spit in someone’s food and drink “in the back of the building where there are no cameras” all because the employees couldn’t understand the customers order due to their English accent. Disgusting.

My whole order was hot and fresh but best of all is that they actually got my coffee right. This is a rarity where I live in Orlando. I have 5 locations within 3 miles of my house & I’m down to one of them (Conway/Curry Ford) that doesn’t try to pass off ice coffee as cold brew almost every visit; As if I can’t tell the difference! And then argue that this white drink that is almost clear enough to see all the ice cubes is a medium cold brew with one creamer.

Clean and fast. I got everything at a busy time within 5 minutes. Efficient, friendly. They don’t sell bottles of creamer. I wish they did. Publix up the street does, but Publix opens at 7am. That is not convenient when you need to be to work at 7am. Dunking gave me a handful of free creamer once.

Google maps says they open at 5, I got there at 5:30 and they weren’t open. I decided to wait until 6 and when I saw the lights come on I headed in. But one of the employees said the lobby isn’t open yet. At least fix the time on google maps people
