Absolute worst customer service ever!! The people that work there are so incredibly rude it’s unreal! I was screamed at through the drive thru window by some women who works there who looks “methed up” over a slight misunderstanding over a donut order. A DONUT ORDER!!!! This location is filled with non professional personal. I pay for my food and coffee, the lady at the window gives me my food and tells me I don’t need my coffee after they charged me for it. Arguments between crew members, all in front of customers. I will NEVER go back, and I’ll advise all readers to avoid this location. There is no negative stars that’s why I gave them 1 but they deserve -10 stars

The coffee was amazing !!! The barista there knew exactly what I was talking about and even knew how to fix the problem I was having between ordering the iced coffee online and in store. I was adding sugar in the store order and the taste was way different. The entire staff was friendly and efficient and even reminded me that I could get a free donut. The atmosphere was mellow and welcoming and I don’t think I have ever seen a store so clean . As a side note I will also say that the everything bagel stuffer (I don’t think I am saying that right) pk of 2 are so yummy ! It’s a bagel bite stuffed with cream cheese, so satisfying.

A very long wait at the drive-through today. I’m assuming they were short staffed. I ordered decaf and 100% got caffeine, which is problematic. She repeated the order back, stating decaf, so I know I said decaf when I placed the order.

Ordered on the app per usual, showed up to get my order at 720am on a saturday morning. Everyone in line at drivethrough was not being helped and drove away. I pulled up to the window and was screamed at through a closed window, “we are closed!!!” I said I placed an order and had a question. Response through closed window, “closed!!!!” These people should not be talking to customers…and what about my order?!

Terrible layout. The only way into the building is to walk in the drive thru full of people distracted on their phones…..the coffee is okay and service okay….its what you would expect from a dunkin donuts. Im just amazed that you either have to sit in the long slow drive thru line or risk getting hit by a car trying to walk in.
