Sunday afternoon staff (1:00 PM) are obnoxiously loud and rude through the drive-thru speaker. Poor girl taking my order at drive through could not hear my one order clearly at all, I had to repeat myself 4 times and she still could not understand my order (it was a simple iced coffee with a couple of unsweetened flavors – nothing complicated). So I left the line, told her to not worry about it. I’ve always had a good experience at this Dunkin, but it only takes one time to ruin that. Not coming back here again. Do not recommend!

This Dunkin’ Donuts is amazing they went above and beyond to fulfill my order I think them so much because they don’t know how many people that they just help we are a hazmat team that are working in a freezer that is 32° they provide it all the services that we asked for all these people show amazing customer service skills and problem-solving abilities these are great employees here. The shift manager came out to make sure everything was sorted out with my order the hour of my purchase 6:00pm night shift rocks this crew up holds customers to the upmost Shout out to : Angelina ,Jasmine and Jasmine

I love that we have a DD in town and usually they have my orders on point so I’m really torn to post this review. I love love love the avocado toast. It’s just the best when made correctly… But this morning really bummed me and if we weren’t heading out of town I would have went in to see what could be done. I pay $3 for toast… Lol

Despicable situation, I went here for a regular coffee and a few donuts and after giving it to my girlfriend she notified me of plastic in her coffee. 1 big piece and several small peices, Why this happened is completely beyond understanding. Whoever is managing this place needs to place some training and order in effect here. There’s no reason why anyone should ever experience drinking plastic, pathetic and ridiculous.

Horrible service stood in line for like 20 minutes and the cashier in front of me just counting change and didn’t even speak to us at all and everyone else just walking around no one even acknowledged we were there. Never got our order taken had to walk out. Don’t even deserve one star…

I really hope that y’all are proud of yourselves you have just helped someone who is quite possibly in need of medical attention abandoned her child.I am not sure why y’all felt the need to interject and I do understand she has told several lies but to help her abandoned her child is insane. Great job y’all you messed this up just like the store y’all work at dispicable, deplorable,irrational behaviour on all of y’all who had a hand in this. You should be seeking counselling for her that would have been the right thing to do.
