The service was the best part of our visit. There was one lady doing everything. Samantha was making the order before us and turned to us and asked if we were ordering food, we said yes and told her what we wanted and see started preparing it before she came to to counter to take our order. We ordered 2 of the chorizo sausage burritos. For drinks we got the frozen coffee with french vanilla, Carmel drizzle on the cup with sweet cold foam. It was better than Starbucks at half the price. She was very polite even though she was very busy with customers orders.

When did Dunkin Donuts become trash. Doesn’t matter which location you go, the service always sucks. At this location, I ordered ahead via the app (because they do not serve in-store anymore for some reason). I Announced at the drive through that I ordered ahead and told them my name. The women working the window said “ok pull ahead.” When I get to the window, she tries to hand me a drink I didn’t order. I let her know it wasn’t what I ordered. Mind you, I was the only car in line. She then asks my name again, and without even checking the correct order sitting right next to her, she asks, “what did you order?” When I told her what I ordered, she said “Oh yea, this is yours then”, trying to give me the drink from the wrong order again. Again, I reminded her I didn’t order a large ice coffee, I ordered and already paid for a half dozen donuts and an avocado toast. She said, “oh ok, so what donuts do you want and we ran out of bacon”. We’ll I didn’t order bacon so that’s ok, lol. This nonsense went on for 8-10 minutes before I finally got what I actually ordered and when I did get my order, tried to charge me for it again. Over the course of this visit, She blamed me for not understanding how the app works, she blamed the poor girl in the back making the donuts all morning, saying she was asleep and she blamed the computer system for not printing any orders. What a nightmare.

Made me feel like an imposition from the moment I arrived. Just below lukewarm on the friendliness meter. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to a bad day for the workers, but if so, both counter girls were having a bad day. Coffee was fresh; spacious, clean dining room. Still, I’ll go to the Dunkin down the street next time.

This place is lacking in all areas; customer service, cleanliness, food quality (barely cooked food), and inventory (basically out of donuts by 7:30am). If the actions/ attitude of a business reflect on those managing them, it might be time to clean house. The price gouging at this location is also incredible; other Duncan’s in this area charge almost .70 less per item. Last visit to this location; so over you.

Great service. Everyone there was friendlier than your average food service place. Oh how badly I wanted those fresh donuts. We had the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! We will be back to this location. Please add Doordash! I want to deliver this goodness to everyone.
