Food was hot and delicious. Drinks were made well. Staff was super friendly. The only negative to this place is the entrance backs up 15-20 cars deep due to everyone wanting to use the drive thru. Because of this you are forced to wait in the line and then ultimately drive on the wrong side to go to a parking spot. But once inside everything is quick and you can get in and out before the line moves up 3 or 4 cars.

Staff is excellent & quick!! Only down side is that they usually get their donut delivery around 3am and run out quickly through out the day. Getting your donuts early is the best way to go to ensure that they have what you want!

Absolutely do not eat food from here. We have given this location many times. While the drinks are always made good, the food has really made my wife, severely sick. We tried figuring it out for a couple years and couldn’t figure out what it could have been. On May 25th around 11:00 we ordered the new breakfast tacos. I don’t ever like to eat food or donuts from here, but we gave it a try. A couple bites in I didn’t care for it, but my wife liked them. Within an hour, she needed to go home urgently. She has been crying with severe stomach pain, throwing up, and doing her best to take it easy. Again this isn’t the first instance of this happening. We knew right away that it was Dunkin. She complains of being hot and clammy, throwing up, severely fatigued. We have asked around and people are reporting similar issues and are dealing with what is good poisoning or not properly cooking the items to be prepared. I would strongly recommend not eating food from here. Drinks are fine again, but the food is to be cautious.

Pull up in a 2023 Ford mustang and they hand me a coffee that’s leaking all over the place. Coffee goes everywhere. I put some in a cup I have and hand half back to the guy telling him I can’t take it that way and that’s it. No new cups, no adjusted rate. If you go here don’t expect a working coffee cup and you’ll do good.

Always a favorite stop when I am driving from Tampa to Gainesville. Best to walk in because the drive-thru line is extremely crowded sometimes. If you walk in the services extremely fast.

Went there in the afternoon, thinking I wasn’t going to get fresh if any glazed donuts as this place stays pretty busy, at least in the mornings. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were plenty and they were fresh. Upon entering, the place was empty of patrons, I thought good for me as I’ll be in and out quickly, this was not the case. When I walked up to the counter there was no one there, I waited and waited, I then walked over towards the drive thru window, there were literally 5 employees all hanging out there, on there phones, talking etc.. one employee looked up from his phone, saw me standing there, looked back down to his phone and walked away! The other 4 just kept chatting away ignoring me. My son who was still standing by the front counter yelled Helloooo really loud, then finally they turned around and a young man rushed over and asked what we needed. So to finalize, the donuts were nice and fresh and aplenty but the service . This is my personal experience and perspective.

I don’t think this is a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. It’s pretty easy to follow instructions. Can’t wait for robots to take over the fast food industry

My friend and I went through the drive-through. He ordered a milkshake and I ordered a double scoop in a waffle cone. What we discovered was a container of chocolate milk and a wafflecone with no bottom to the cone leaving a hole in the bottom of the cone. I called to speak to the manager who offered that the waffle cones don’t always roll all the way to the end, but he says he just checked all of them and mine was the only one that was like that.
