Christian is awesome at the maricamp location. He always has the sweetest smile and remembers my kids’ order. I order 6 egg and cheese wake up wraps and 2 chocolate milks. And he recognizes me right at the drive through kiosk. Even when there is no bottle chocolate milks available he MAKES my kids chocolate milk. I give this store 5 stars simply for this awesome employee they have working there. He genuinely cares.

Do not go here for cold brew. The last two weeks they have either been watering it down or giving me ice coffee. I know the difference and to be sure went to the other dunkn on silver springs blv and ordered the same thing right after receiving the one from here. I’ve tried coming here multiple times despite the mess up in hopes it would correct itself since I live closer to this one. I will be taking my tips and money to the silver springs one from now, today was the last time I pay double for ice coffee I don’t even like.

Extremely pleased with this location because they have special packaging for all their deliveries, makes it nice, and separates what the driver touches and hold everything inside nicely. I am not giving 5 stars because I am not sure if the milk replacement was actually done. It tasted like whole milk and not almond milk, it also hurt my stomach the whole rest of the day. Other than that they followed all the special orders I had made and I was satisfied and I know I can rely on any deliveries from this location.

The other girl who was working drive & making the coffee, seemed aggravated anytime the other girl asked her a question. That same girl (drive girl) just seemed miserable, hope she’s not always this way & her day gets better, because WOW. And she forgot the sugar in my coffee. And I was so looking forward to a delicious coffee

I go to dunkin every morning for the past 3 months and they always burn the hash brown it’s so unacceptable I don’t know if the oven is old or something and trust me I love going to dunkin before work but things gotta change if it’s the oven or just the staff messing around and not caring about peoples food that they pay for.

Ordered online via their app a day before my event for 4 jugs of coffee and 4 jugs of hot chocolate. I walk in at 5:15pm (my event starts at 6) ready for my order to be ready. I walked into the employee stating she doesn’t have enough boxes and nothing ready yet. I sat there for 45 mins to have this order completed. Only to bring these items to a funeral home for families that were the worst watered down coffee and hot chocolate I have ever experienced from Dunkin. I purposely chose Dunkin because the hot chocolate is usually so good. I am embarrassed I gave these items to families we serve and I showed up late due to an inefficient ordering system. None of this is okay after paying over $160. Don’t waste your time here.

This rating is not exclusive to this dunkin. 8/10 times i have ordered the same drink in the past 10 years they have gotten in wrong. It’s not a crazy drink order-medium hot vanilla latte- and I get original iced coffees, small coffees, odd flavored hot concoctions, etc. Low balling about 30 incorrectly made drinks at about $6 per drink is about $180 I have spent on the incompetence of the majority of employees at these establishments. Get your drink for any place else if you want to drink what you ordered unless you have the time to kill waiting in line again to have the same drink remade wrong again. If you’re feeling adventurous and fond of Russian roulette style games then head on up to any dunkin donuts near you and pay for the chance to try anything from the menu but what you asked for.
