Place is filthy, the ice cream isn’t even labeled, and it’s expensive. You can get homemade ice cream at papa clydes and ice cream bar cheaper and not eat in squalor.

It didn’t have anything much but still wanted people to come and spend money, most things seem to be out of stock or not working, Don’t open just for the sake of opening when you know you don’t have much of anything aside from the drinks in the fridge. It’s not the customers problem nor fault your under stocked or don’t have certain equipment to make certain food items. You only hurt yourselves in the end. Especially with how people are so quick to hop on social media platforms and slam, drag you for filth. Just do better. You make the whole corporation take a negative hit. When it’s only a few locations that are franchised/owned by individuals that are the problem or have this issue not the corporation in a whole but it’s looking like more locations are joining this growing problem of not having things or employees that don’t know how to do anything right nowadays. It was never like this when I was little.

I visit this location multiple times a week. More than half the time I am disappointed. Numerous times I’ve come to get a milkshake in the evening. Most times, I am not able to get one, sometimes over an hour before closing. I usually order iced drinks in size large and almost every time, there’s an inch to two inches of empty space at the top. Recently I nicely said something to an employee and she basically told me the ice compresses when they add the liquid to the drink. She took the drink and added more ice. What a huge waste of money. They need to better train their staff and either implement or enforce more customer friendly policies.

I always enjoy Dunkin. I’m not a big coffee person so I get their lemonades and coolattas and donuts. This trip I got a frozen chocolate and some munchkins. It was good but i mobile ordered and the frozen chocolate was a little melted so it made me a little sad but the munchkins were good so it was okay!

Drinks are made super inconsistently. Worker turnover rate is high so no one ever seems to know the menu. My drink is wrong more than half the time so I stopped visiting this location after being a regular, stopping my almost daily coffee runs. The food is decent when I order if it’s warmed up for enough time. Often the center or inside is still cold. I’ve witnessed the guy who runs the place talk down to employees on multiple occasions. The sugar mill woods location is way better, or even the location in Weeki Wachee on 19 in the Publix shopping center. This location is decent on a good day but good days are so rare that I’ve stopped taking that gamble.

If I order a cold brew with 2 instead of 4 cream it should not taste like watery milk. Weak brew and watered down made it 3 sips before tossing and getting a gas station coffee
