First and foremost..This store has no idea what they’re doing, there are young and lazy kids who are acting like it’s their first day of work. This store is beyond unprofessional! Every time i order from this specific DD they never have the amount of donuts i ordered. Either they have none or one or maybe 4. But have never been able to get a dozen of the specialty donuts of any kind. They don’t know how to prepare coffees and Lattes…do these kids even get sufficient training??!! How old is the manager??? This is the WORST Dunkin Donut ever! Customer service SUCKS! THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP!!!

Food and atmosphere is chill and great. But lately the past like 3-4 times a couple weird things have happened. I ask for extra cream cheese or extra of something in my coffee and on my bagels and it even shows that way on the screen in the drive thru. But then when I get it it doesn’t show that on the ticket and doesn’t come how I wanted it. I double check and ask them todo it that way too before I pull up. And it comes out not the way I wanted it. And I don’t have time to go back in and fix it before work. They are awesome at this location. But lately I’m not sure what’s going on. I keep coming back hoping it’s just a fluke but things keep getting messed up consistently now

Was in line at 12 pm. Waited 20 minutes to get to the window. They misheard my order, remade it. Gave it to me and it was wrong. Just tasted like milk. I asked if they could make it correctly and they asked me to pull up to the line. 12:45 pm is when they brought my coffee outside to my car. They waited until the entire line wrapped around the building was gone (even though I waited in line and rightfully should have been priority.) There is no reason why I can’t order a coffee for 5$ and expect it to be made properly. All for some kids who don’t even want to work, take it as an insult and make me wait 45 minutes in my car for my coffee. I know exactly why they waited 30 minutes to bring it out- because I complained. You’re there to work. I’m so sorry it offends you to show up and do your job, then GIVE ME ATTITUDE HANDING IT TO ME! do not go to this Dunkin. Awful service, awful attitudes, i worked at Dunkin for 4 years and it’s not hard to make what’s ordered. You click a few buttons, squirt a few syrups and boom it’s done. Get tf over yourselves.

Ordered a bacon and cheese croissant with no egg, drove all the way home and the sandwich only had egg on it. Hash browns had about 6 in the order and fell apart from the grease they were drenched in. Absolutely the worst experience ever at Dunkin’ Donuts.

I ordered through a set menu on GrubHub and somehow the donuts were still wrong. Menu clearly stated “Vanilla Frosted with Sprinkles” and “Strawberry Frosted with Sprinkles” yet the sprinkles were on top of the Chocolate Frosted Donuts and not the vanilla or strawberry… I wasn’t even expecting fresh donuts considering the time but I didn’t order Chocolate with Sprinkles.

Placed a mobile order. When we got to the window they had the coffee ready but forgot the hash browns. We waited for them and when we got them they were nasty! They were cold, greasy, and had a plastic chemical taste. We threw them away. Would have given them no stars if it had let me

Literally can never get anything right here. I work in the plaza, so I unfortunately shop here often and let me tell you, every time the service is terrible, the order is wrong, or simply not made. This time my order was placed off to the side, so I waited ten minutes til I could finally wave down a staff member and ask what was going on, just for them to grab it and say “my bad”. Last time I ordered online as well and the manager took the sticker for my drink and placed it on the machine, and then never made it, which resulted in me standing another ten minutes wondering what was going on. I’m the type to let one bad experience go, but I’ve had consistently horrible service here.
