The only problem we had was the lobby was closed due to lack of employees. Everything we originally asked for, they were out of… But we are ice cream addicts and were able to come up with flavors we were happy with. It was hard on the staff with us guessing what was available and not being able to see…. If what I saw on line is the correct pay, then it is no wonder you don’t have enough help. Call other businesses in the same area and raise their pay. The staff that waited on us deserve a raise for staying friendly while under pressure.

I was given the wrong order, and I had to correct the girl at the window but that is okay we all make mistakes! Eventually, I got my correct order and I finally come home to drink my coffee. I absolutely love Dunkin’ but not this location. I’ve never had such a putrid coffee, I literally gagged, each sip even after stirring, was just straight sugar and syrup. Why Dunkin?! I recommend the Dunkin’ off of Mariner Blvd next to AT&T! They’re amazing with their consistency & customer service!

This place is garbage. They have a whole staff in there that can’t even run the place efficiently. The food quality is awful. The drinks are always awful. My sandwich and the bag had avocado spread all over it and I didn’t order anything with avocado. The hash brows I ordered were mashed potatoes in the bag and when I went it they still couldn’t get it right. This place is awful and the people who work there are a hot mess. Save your money and patience.

Let me tell you a story about poor customer service. It seems the adage that the customer is always right is dead. Now it is the customer can go to hell, and this Dunkin feels that buying into the franchise is enough to carry lousy customer service, or maybe it’s just Florida people thinking they are better than everyone else. I saw customers being kicked out after purchasing drinks and sitting and talking and sitting and relaxing while on their break from another local business. No one else was inside the store, and neither of these customers bothered anyone or took up space from other customers. The Dunkin employee even threatened to call the cops on one of them. If it was not bad enough, watching the manager scream at the employees a few weeks ago, telling them how worthless they were, was too much. I know we all think we need Dunkin, but this place is abusive to both its employees and customers. I will be calling cooperate as something needs to be done. How hard is it to be nice to people? Especially in the food service. I will never go back here again. Go to Starbucks. Go to Panara. I will not give them my money ever again. Shame on ownership and shame on management.

It’s one of the better Dunkins in the area. My order is right 99% of the time, and the drive-thru moves quickly. I order via the mobile app quite often, and it’s almost always ready for me by the time I arrive (order usually 5-7 minutes before I get there).

We waited over 10 minutes before anyone came to the front. There were people lining up behind us and 4 employees standing there and no one even acknowledged us. Even after we rang the bell twice. When someone finally came up front, she treated us like dirt. Her exact words were “what do you need”. Then got irritated when I ordered donuts. You are Dunkin Donuts, why can’t I order donuts. Horrible people.

For some reason this store charges $1.04 more for the exact same thing I order at other nearby Dunkin locations and there are 4 other within a 10 mile radius I visit. Well I won’t be coming to this store any longer. Was told they are individually owned. So why is it only this one charges $1.03 more?

I normally go to other Dunkin Donuts as this one’s not on the way to work or home however I was out this way today and decided to stop by and get a dozen donuts. I have a card that allows me to buy half a dozen and get a half a dozen free so for under $6 I get a dozen donuts. And while that price is kind of high it’s a pretty fair price compared to anywhere else you get a dozen donuts from. The donuts were fresh and tasted good however there are sortment of donuts has greatly decreased. They no longer carry my favorite which was the chocolate frosted cake donut. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. My suggestion would be that they label the specialty Donuts that are not included in the regular Donut price because when you’re ordering your donuts and you’re picking them out there’s nothing to differentiate between the two.

Place was empty, yet the sandwich looked like it was run over and tossed in the bag. They can do better with little guidance and instruction.
