Hit or miss with them depending on turnover. The food and coffee are good but it might take forever to get it depending on who is working. I have had great service for months and all of a sudden they become the worst service for months. They need a strong manager to keep the high school kids working and helping the customers at the counter. I have seen a line out the door with seven people working but only one person helping customers. That one person takes the order and makes the coffee too, … one customer at a time. SLOW! … Usually very poorly run of late.

this dunkin used to be great but the current staff is not good. i work an hour away and this is the dunkin closest to my route, more than once recently with the new staff they have messed up my order and i only find out until im an hour out and nothing can be done.

I went around midnight for a drink and Brandy took my order, she is by far the most amazing woman. Took me forever to pick out which drink I wanted to try, she was extremely patient with me and gave me drink suggestions and what would be great added to the drink I chose, not to mention she got my drink PERFECT. She’s so kind and you can see she puts a lot of love and effort into her job, by far the best experience I’ve had at a dunkin!!

First girl that took my order was nice, told her I wanted a small caramel iced latte w/cold foam but had problems with the computer. New girl showed up told her the same thing, small caramel iced latte w/cold foam, gives me an iced coffee, repeated that I wanted an iced latte. She takes my cup sets it on the counter stands there for a minute adds something to it and hands it to me. It was disgusting and the second girl that showed up was rude. Won’t go there again.

1:15 on a sunday earns them the title of the Slowest Dunkin Donuts on planet earth. Whoever owns this franchise needs to start over. 25 minutes in a drive thru line is unacceptable. I’m sure nobody will care but I’m definitely not fabricating it. this is a disgrace of a franchise. This problem has been this way at this location for a long time. Hey mgmt tighten up.

It’s inside a gas station so the environment is not ideal. Also, they used to have plug in outlets all over the place where you could charge your computer or USB plug in. Those are all gone now. Seems like they just want you to drink your beverage then go!!

It’s Dunkin in a gas station. It’s normal food merits a 3 max but ordered turkey sausage got bacon and not toasted. Oh well it’s 50/50 you’ll get the correct order at fast food.
