Overheard cashier named Michael making fun of another customer prior to my ordering. I ordered just a large hot coffee but accidentally said venti (I frequent Starbucks more often because at least they are nice to you)- Michael then audibly laughed at me and said “you aren’t at Starbucks, what do you want” in a rude manner. I clarified I wanted a large coffee with cream and he made me repeat it three times, all while laughing because he said he couldn’t hear me. Horrible service, there’s no reason to be that rude to someone who made a mistake.

The Architect
Old and very cold sandwich/hashbrowns and my coffee cake muffin was a blueberry muffin but with some burnt chemically stuff on top(I was seriously concerned about eating this). My Coffee was also only filled up halfway, with no evidence of tinkering from the deliverer.

Who gives someone a product like this?!!! Absolutely not acceptable. I am driving to the airport and gone or I would go back. I normally drive over to Spring Hill for this very reason. The Dunkin on Little rd is always out of everything even if you show up when they open and the quality of what they do have is gross.

This location I don’t understand why they can never get my order right all I order is two medium caramel iced coffees with eight creams four sugars and four caramel is that a hard order because they seem to get it wrong every single time this time I got eight sugars for creams and four caramel I mean come on people it’s a coffee order if you can’t get it right and you don’t understand your customer then repeat it back to them at least to make sure that you have their order right this is ridiculous

I have been in this dunkin about 7 times and only 2 have been pleasant. They are always short and disgruntled. Today I went inside to get my mobile order and i wanted mayo for my wrap.They do not have a customer station for that stuff so I asked for a mayo packer. The lady said “No, we don’t have that here.” Her tone was just rude and dismissive so I said ‘every other dunkin I go to has mayo packets’ her response was “well I just work here, talk to management.” I work in the food service industry and it is clear that this location does not care about their patrons. I will go elsewhere from now on
