Ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts, they were put in a bag. So now my donuts are stuck together and the top one has barely any chocolate since it was stuck to the bag. Buy the boxes, do better. And how about giving out some napkins, would that hurt the bank too much?

The bagels have obviously just come out of the oven because they were so very very fresh, along with a decent selection available. The gentleman at the register was very friendly however I did ask that I only have a little bit of cream cheese put on these missing babe and only everything they will just make as normal and neither one toasted. Making a bagels for both bagels had a huge amount of cream cheese on them and eat everything toasted.

All Employee act like they don’t want to be there. This was not my first time but this is my last. We got the wrong sandwiches, donuts hard. Better have your mind made up because they make you feel so rushed to get to the next person. I never feel wecome, don’t look at you to even talk. Gloves, wear them please. Also please dont look like you just got out of bed. Be happy you have a job or find another place to work.

Let’s see I ordered bacon egg and cheese as shown on the receipt which whatever it is what it is but then they wanna be shady and ADD a charity charge without even asking me. I have no problem donating to things but ask don’t just do it!! I won’t be going back to this location. I wonder how many other times this has happen. I normally don’t take the receipt but today something just told me to.

I don’t understand why this location can never get my order right I order two medium caramel iced coffees with eight Cream four sugars and four caramel and they seem to get it wrong every time this time I got four creams for caramel and sugars I just don’t understand what doesn’t go through I mean do I say it too fast it’s not that hard to do coffee

Ordered a hot coffee and was NOT HOT, wanted munchkins and guess what they didn’t have…. lol and when asked about the lack of donuts, the response was “during the slow season they don’t make that much” it took forever for someone to come to the front and take my order and the person was so meh about being there. Customer service was horrible there. I would recommend just driving down further and going to another dunkin

I told myself I would never go back to any Dunkin Donuts again but I did this morning. While ordering I had to listen to a male employee tell everyone that he was worn out and needed a “spa day and needed an epson salt bath with a mask”. I know it’s hard to find good employees but you shouldn’t hire just anyone. The woman I assume who was the manager, the one with tattoos all over her body and up the neck, couldn’t care less about the way this employee is complaining. They are a reflection on the company. Not a good look. Now to the bagel. It had to be at least a day old. Very stale and a little to toasted for me. The food is awful. This is the one thing that can be easily fixed. The one kid who took my order was nice though. I know I ranted but I had to.

Unfortunately it was a very rude experience dealing with the manager today. Her name was Cindy and she wanted to argue about what I wanted in my drink. I get the same drink every day and it looked off and very full of milk compared to what it usually looks like. I didn’t come in for in argument and the rudeness today so since it happened, here’s an honest review.
