I placed an online pickup order for 5:45pm. Only the 2 dozen doughnuts were ready. I waited another 20 minutes for the 2 boxes of coffee to be prepared. Meanwhile, someone was giving/yelling the staff orders on how to get rid 9f a chicken that was hanging out on the back side of the building. Not very professional nor needed for everyone to hear what is going on.

Stopped this morning to get coffee ☕️. The drive thru line was kinda long, but did move rather quickly. Wasn’t sure if I was going to like the way my coffee was made, but one taste and I was in heaven. First time my ice coffee was done right. Great job ! My daughter got a bagel, and she enjoyed it. Definitely will be coming by more often.

The WORST!! This dunkin is the only one by my location so I had to go here. Let me tell you, the manager is the rudest person on this earth. The way she talks to her employees and acts is so unprofessional! The bathrooms are almost always filled with hair from homeless girls walking in and out. The lines are always long and everyone standing around. The lobby is almost always dirty. There was this one girl I think her name was Emily and she just stands there, and any issue a customer has she says “there’s nothing we can do about it” I will never EVER go here again!

Usually busy location but hard to get in and out of, should have purchased bigger property so it’s not so dangerous to go to, they squeezed it in between other businesses and it shares a small driveway with another business coming off of a busy main road, could have purchased property across the street where they put yet another carwash, or the empty restaurant couple doors down!! But I do want to add, the food & service @ this location is great, never any problems with that!!

Having recently moved here we were super excited to be so close to a Dunkin’ D’s. In less than a year we now are plagued by window shaking Car Bass at all hours day and night. Sadly employees have started that half the time it is a Managers car district the entire block. Very sad this is acceptable for this to continue unchecked.

I use this dunkin daily they need to either re train there employees or fire them its always something isn’t made right or the order is wrong just for a simple coffee it’s not the hard to make but running back and fourth twice because the orders are always messed up is getting old and not fair to the customers who spends money daily with dunkin

I have no idea what is going on at this Dunkin donuts this coffee tastes different every time you order no consistency staff is not accommodating they ignore you sometimes have to wait up to 10-15 minutes for a cup of coffee unacceptable
