Just reopened, I have had two issues with them already. One my croissant was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Two was this morning. Went through the drive thru and asked for a medium iced coffee with caramel, one mocha, and one cream. She tells me they have no mocha. So I say caramel and one cream, she proceededs to ask if I said Splenda so I repeat only caramel and one cream. When I get to work I notice she did not listen. She gave me 3 Carmel (which I asked for) 3 Splenda and 3 cream. Not what I asked for. She was kinda over talking me when I’m trying to talk my order. Please listen to the customer not take it upon yourself to know what they want!

My kids just went there today and got coffee and drinks. My coffee was decent, my son’s drink was good but my Daughters drink actually smelled like cat piss and the taste was horrible, and the service was horrible. I really hope the owner looks at these reviews and goes to the store and straightens out this mess.

Visited on 7/14/23 around 3:30pm. The young guy at the drive-thru window was wonderful, and super awesome. Sadly can’t say the same about the older woman who was taking orders. If she hates her job that much, she just needs to quit (because it really showed). She was rude, snappy, and didn’t seem to care to listen to my order. She seemed annoyed that she had to take my order, and kept sighing. There’s no need to be so atrocious.

Shame has gone down hill since covid. literally nobody inside nobody in line but they always make you wait. No urgency at all like all the other Dunkin. This place needs better management. I attached a picture of my “Tomato pesto” grilled cheese

I have had nothing but issues with this Dunkin’ Donuts and again today another issue!! These people cannot seem to get anything right and then make you go around and wait for them to figure it out! They are also very rude! This is unacceptable and happens way too often at this Palm Harbor US 19 location!

I have been a couple times since they reopened after a renovation. It has been quite slow and backed up most of the times I have gone. I know one of the times they had a sign up apologizing due to be short staffed, so that’s understandable. Another time though I waited so long in the drive through without moving that I decided to just park and go in (I had a mobile order). They had 7 people working at the time and it still wasn’t ready when it was only a single coffee. Took 27 minutes total from order to receiving it. Yesterday when I went the coffee had no sugar in it (I always order the same midnight black with sugar) or at least not what was ordered because I couldn’t taste it at all. I hoping it’s just staffing issues and they’ll improve as they train up some extra people.

We always enjoy Dunkin. We stop in frequently and if you fill out their online survey you are eligible for a free donut. A shout-out to Timothy; he made our drive-thru ordering easier and we appreciated his patience and helpfulness as we tried to negotiate their online phone app. It saved us money and, as always, we enjoyed our food and drinks.

Not that the management is going to do anything about this but not only is the attitude awful at this location when they tried to charge me the wrong price and I questioned it in a very polite and respectful way the young man that was waiting on me told me that they weren’t going to serve me. I bought another 24oz Dunkin’ mug a couple of days ago at another location and he told me that it was 32oz and then told me he wasn’t going to serve me because I disagreed with him It made no sense to me at all.
