This place is the worst of the dunkin donuts. Unfortunately doordash picks this one because it’s right up the street. Over the course of the last two years my wife has continued to order from this place even though I gave up a long time ago. The food and drink has gotten so bad I felt I had to finally say something. First, the breakfast sandwiches are terrible. Literally every other fast food restaurant has better choices and quality. The bacon is a cross between something old or burnt. The eggs don’t taste like real eggs and they seemed to forget what a croissant is. The cold coffee options is like a cold bitter cup of water with a shot of piss and expresso. You will find better in ANY other store. They seem to enjoy hot chocolate 1980s style because it’s a too large cup of hot water with a packet of Swiss miss. Just terrible. 90% of the time via doordash if you choose surprise me, you will get the most unimagined selection of donuts NOBODY likes or wants so they can get rid of them. The only half decent job they did was the microwave job on the tater tots. The cold new age hipster drinks are no better, the juices are bitter and the new age teas are badly mixed and taste bad like no one there was trained how to make them right. For an established franchise that’s been around over 40 years you would think that the service and options would have gotten better but no. This is Literally the worst option you can make for breakfast and treats. There are many other options near by that will actually be worth your money that arent less of an equivalent to opening a box of store bought entemans donuts and microwaving a water with a half packet of flavoring. I swear this place is still around because it’s on the way to the turnpike.

I just left this location, I’m disgusted, frustrated, disappointed. When we walked in, we noticed a lot of flies on the window, then we saw flies all over the doughnuts, there was even dead flies on their tables and signs. The cardboard signs had fly feces along the top. We decided to not buy any food and just the coffee. After we got our coffee, my coffee was cold. I decided to just go outside and dump my coffee and call it a loss. I will never come back to this location, in fact, the department of health should really pay a visit to this place.

Just ordered a ham and Swiss stuffer. It smells really weird and it’s doughy still. Didn’t even finish cooking it. Rushed me through the drive through. Not impressed today.

Place and staff was great !!! However donuts used to have a better taste. And used to be bigger. Not store made since along time. All over the country. But it’s all about money. Sandwiches are great and coffee too.

All I got to say is that is very disappointing to have to pay for food that doesn’t have that dunken donut proud quality. Poor service, poor food very disappointing. Hope management can address this issue. I see this service today and is alot of problems I see from a professional perspective view. If the team focus to do things correctly and not worry to much about their phone or listening to their ear buds they can focus on the main target, customer service satisfaction and keeping up the high quality of food service. Again very disappointing.

Greeted with palpable apathy by the young lady working the register Monday morning, I placed my order for a dozen donuts and a Box of Joe as she unexpectedly turned and walk away from me. Another co-worker then came to the register to complete the order, after I had already waited in line for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the previous apathetic cashier painstakingly assembled my donuts while the coworker said he needed to get the box. 10 minutes later, I have donuts but no coffee. Neither acknowledge me, nor make eye contact with me as if I don’t exist. 5 minutes later, a heavily tatooed lady from the back asks what I am waiting for, I let her know, a Box of Joe. She asks the 2 employees working the front where it is and neither respond. So I ask the young man what I am waiting on. He stares back at me as if he has no idea what I’m talking about and doesn’t reply. He looks at the totally apathetic cashier who responds to him, “shes waiting on you”. Still, neither reply to my inquiry as to why I have now been waiting 15 minutes for coffee and completely ignore me. As 5 more minutes pass, everyone behind the counter is doing everything to avoid eye contact with me, acting as if nothing is wrong. Another 5 minutes pass, for a total of 40 minutes, to get a dozen donuts and a Box of Joe. When the apathetic cashier finally gives me the box of coffee (and no cups), she shoves it across the counter at me with a sneer and turns around and walks off saying nothing. I wished her a nice day after thanking her, which I doubt she heard since she kept her back to me. Her extremely poor attitude and obvious misery with her job only made a bad experience worse. And when we dispersed the Box of Joe, it only contained enough coffee for 3 cups (that we got from another restaurant altogether). There are ways to be short staffed and effectively manage extreme delays that cause customers to be frustrated. Treating them with vehement disdain is certainly not one of them. I will gladly go Foxtail down the road in the future and strongly urge the rest of Oakland/Clermont to do the same.

Ordered ahead and wasn’t ready when I got there. Employees waited on and filled orders for several people while I was waiting. Finally someone asked which order I was waiting on and hastily put it together. Disappointed that she threw the Boston Creme donuts in a bag rather than boxing them as they should. The result was the icing being smeared all over the inside of the bag and making a real mess. Had she bothered to pick them up and carefully package with wax paper they might have been fine. Not happy.

Everything in my order was trash. Hash browns, coffee and sandwich. Food was burned. Coffee taste like oil water with no flavoring. Worst Dunkin I ever visited

Did my order in Drive thru. Waited 15 minutes in line for them to only give me one drink. No apology for the wait just a “yea what’s up, here is your total”. Absolutely ridiculous.

I pulled into the drive-thru at 8:24pm, the voice on the intercom said they were currently closed, as I pulled around I saw someone duck behind the window. Looking online you should be open till 9:00pm. Not cool.
