This location is full with attitude from the moment your order is taken. Order a very simple breakfast sandwich just to be given something totally different and cold. Who is running this place? I don’t understand how ownership is letting this place go so down hill without addressing the problems. Just happy Bagel Bros and the Dunkin on hwy 50 is close by.

Made the mistake of coming to this location a second time. Hash browns disgusting definitely been sitting in the warmer for hours. Coffee was disgusting it doesn’t even taste like dunkin coffee? What are they using some off brand. Tasted like they put sweet n low in it too. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew. Idk wth I got but it was absolute trash which later went in the trash after a couple sips. Worth the drive to the one on 50, fast service and way better coffee. Is it the same owner? Because the quality between the two is questionable.

First let me say that I am a huge Dunkin’ fan but today’s visit was slightly disappointing. All I wanted was hot coffee so first I ordered the Holiday Blend, which they were out of, then I ordered the dark roast, which they were out of, so I ended up with just the regular hot coffee. It was delicious as always but I was hoping to try something different today. Also, the store needed some repairs – lots of chipped paint on the walls and general wear and tear. The seats were comfy though and the employee who helped us was very nice. And I love all the coupons I’m getting these days! I’ll go back but if you’re advertising Holiday Blend, you should have it.

I’ve come to this location many times and the drive thru is very slow. At least a 15 minute wait if there’s 3 cars in front of you. I don’t normally get flustered over trivial things like this, but I’d like to see this location succeed and they definitely need new management. I always give this location chance after chance, but something has got to change. Please help this crew! I got to the window 25 mins later and they told me my total was $14. For an ice coffee? I handed her my card not knowing the total (my fault) and she ran the card and didn’t know how to refund my money. I finally left because I was tired of waiting. This place is a disaster. So thank you for my $14 ice coffee.

This Dunkin used to be horrendous but they clearly have new management/ownership and it shows. The drive through is quick now, and the employees are very kind, attentive, and pleasant. I appreciate this and congrats on turning this place around. Hopefully the Groveland Dunkin is next.

As I sit here trying to enjoy a maple bacon croissant, I am struck by the ridiculous notion this is called a bacon sandwich! There is not even a full strip of bacon! When I asked Derek about it, his exact words, we generally put a few have strips on. So, I asked.. is this normal? He said yes!

The Worst
Minneola, Florida location is consistent. Consistently awful for years. Despite knowing this I gave them another try tonight ordering through DoorDash. I did not get one single donut that I ordered and what they did randomly send me were stale. Straight to the trash can. Thankfully DoorDash gave me a partial refund. Should have bought from Donut King.
