Drive-thru ice cream usually for me. Staff never knows what ice creams they have and usually they’re out of everything that I am looking for which is normally on a menu. Half the time staff doesn’t understand when you tell them two large scoops I have to drive to the window and ask for the manager. I’ve gotten ice cream in a cup and they don’t give you full Scoops they give you partial scoop so that you’re paying $7 for two bites of ice cream unless you ask to speak to the manager. She is always friendly and polite

Seems like to work at this Dunkin location the main requirements are a low IQ, a horrible work ethic and bad attitude. How hard is it to make sure all items in an order are accounted for. For me to place a door dash order, then have to drive to the location to retrieve missing items defeats the entire purpose of door dashing. Then to get an attitude from the “special” workers is the icing on the cake. No apologies….. nothing. I guess thats why they work at Dunkin!!!! Btw…. not the first time this happens.

Apparently, you need a certificate or something to work Here in order to get customers orders correct. It could be morning, evening or night in person, through the drive thru or through doordash. They still mess your order up.

I am currently still in the drive thru at this dunkin and it has been 30 minutes. It took twenty minutes for them to take my order and they said “wait” when I got to the speaker box. This doesn’t slide over at Starbucks. You lost a customer.

I’m from the pnw and we don’t have dunkin up here from what I’ve seen so I was quite excited to try some new spots and dunkin didn’t disappoint I’m not a bug coffee guy so it’s pretty easy to impress me and I was definitely impressed and satisfied. I mean it’s donuts and sweet coffee it sounds like a win to me. Other than donuts I tried hashbrowns and breakfast taco both very good hashbrowns are some of the best you can get in a drive thru and the breakfast taco was good only problem is that they didn’t put enough food in my tortilla which isn’t a bad complaint to have I still munched it up good spot if you’ve never tried it
