July 20th 10:20am drive thru girl with gray shirt is horrible and has the worst customer service , passed me my food with an attitude . If you don’t like your job go elsewhere , I feel bad for the GM because she is a wonderful person but sad to see people like this work here , these are the people everyone talks about and they are the ones that give a bad name for the store and manager when she Is working hard to get her store up to par what’s so hard to smile and say good morning again if you don’t like your job move on somewhere else

I come here often when I’m in a pinch for time. I live in the area. Their Donuts are always dry. They taste like Walmart bakery packaged. One time the Specials drink came out really good. It tasted like a Starbucks Frappuccino. I thought it was a win and came back the next morning. It was flavorless and watery. What the heck.

This place is okay, but I worked for dunkin and it’s definitely not the employees’ fault. They have one oasis machine for frozen drinks. One esspresso machine. They haven’t gone to the 8 tap system yet. And there isn’t a lot of room for them to work in. I worked at a high volume store that needed fewer people for more output, but it’s a design thing. Corporate could fix this with a remodel, but it’s corporate. Taking this into account, they do a great job. Also, the kitchen ovens are old, too. So good for the workers. Shame on Corporate.

When you walk inside, it looks like a hole in the wall. This Dunkin Donut is inside a 7-11. The small section of seating they have, is all broken and old. It looks dirty. I ordered the Sourdough breakfast sandwich and it was good, as well as the donut I had. What I find sad is how at the end of the day, they throw all leftover food and donuts in the trash. I don’t like the atmosphere, as described above. They really need to clean their whole area and update the seating.

I come here often, usually I order on the app service is great and fast. Lately I’ve been ordering my usual bagel with cream cheese and they’ve been adding to bag instead of spreading it on the bagel as I request, it’s frustrating enough to bring me here. I’m driving and can’t spread cheese on my bagel (I just stopped to whine here and spread the cream cheese!!) But overall they are great

Update. A few weeks ago the manager called me questioning me about my poor review and email to corporate. She obviously didn’t read through my review and email before calling and questioning me because she asked me things that I already answered in my complaint. To top it off we just went there this morning and AGAIN I’m missing part of my order. Absolutely ridiculous.
