Drinks are exactly what I order just have issues with getting the wrong donuts multiple times. First time we asked for a new donut because the employee had thrown it into the bag upside down and the frosting stuck to the bag, when we get a new one it was the wrong kind but we were in a hurry so we just accepted it and left. Other times donuts have been wrong flavor even though I ordered through the app.

Every single time I go to order a simple breakfast sandwich, they cook it at *volcanic* temperatures for some inexplicable reason. I literally have to wait fifteen minutes before I can take a single bite into it, let alone hold the thing. I once asked as politely as I could if they could cook it at a lower temperature (as this hasn’t always been the case) and it was the hottest I’ve ever gotten it. Often times when I go in to get a single donut, just one donut, I’m waiting several minutes at an empty counter with employees who appear like they’re trying to ignore any incoming customers, playing it off like they didn’t hear anyone come in. I’m done with this place.

My card information was stolen. I went to the drive-thru this morning between 8:15-8:30am on 5/25/2023 to order a medium iced caramel craze with an extra shot and mini plain bagels. A few hours later I was looking into my account and got charged twice by this location one was $10.09 and $6.16. At that time turned my card off because it was suspicious, I was charged twice. At 2:08 pm I got a notification from my bank stating my card was declined due to my card being turned off at Circle K in Ocoee I’m currently at work, so it obviously was not me. This is unacceptable and honestly disappointing. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone and am glad I could stop it before whoever cleaned me out. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

Went through the drive thru. I was the only one in line. I asked for a few minutes to decide what I was going to have , they then proceeded to tell me I was running up their time and had to get out of line. I called to get corporates number , and the manger wasn’t able to give me any information.

I was disappointed with the service because it’s normally very pleasant. Doors was locked and no note to go to drive-thru. I will never go back. The gut came to the window with his shirt open and showing his t-shirt. I asked for a receipt and could not get it which means could not use my points. I will go to anyone near by!

I went to this location For coffee I go there about four or five times a week. Last night I went around 8 PM and I got some lukewarm coffee and the 2nd cup was a pumpkin spice and it didn’t taste like pumpkin spice. So I go back today with 2 cups almost full and I asked for them to replace it. Manager just says she’ll make me a fresh cup that wants to charge me full price. I told the lady at the window I’m not paying to get the manager, The manager says just give them a discount without talking to me. Then the girl at the window trying to charge me the discounted price I told her I’m not Paying call the manager. The manager is upset that I’m still at the window. I say excuse me and she says with an attitude to the lady at the window just give them those coffees and never speaks to me like a manager should. Totally rude and this is the way the a regular customer is treated here. I’m never going back to this location might be the time to try Starbucks I never had a situation at Starbucks. I would give a negative star but it only allows for the 1 star.
