App says walk in, store says open, but doors are always locked. I’m just trying to drink a coffee and read a little during my break, but the store always forces you to do this in the 95 degree Florida heat. If your dine in isn’t open, don’t let people order walk in. It’s easy. Not stopping here anymore.

Been a customer since day one, and lately the staff is more concerned with Vehicle Stats at the Drive-thru than the Service or Quality. The team has been using a tray pan to trip the drive thru sensor to reset the clock to drive down the actual service time on the clock. If the focused on the customer, the duration clock would take care of itself.

Very poor management. They do not order the correct amounts of food as they are always out of something, but what’s more frustrating is when they are out of something and you wish to cancel that part of the order, they cannot even refund you your money as not a single soul in the store has authority for a refund.

So I went in the drive-through to order my free frozen coffee and a wake up wrap, there was a inconvenience while in the drive-through. Anyways , When I pulled through,they gave me my order and they gave me whipped cream on my coffee & two wake up wraps instead of just one I ordered . Such amazing service from Dunkin’ Donuts! Thanks so much for making my morning !

I stopped going to this Dunkin’ location after drinking bad coffee. That was years ago. I visited again today to give it another try. I’m happy to report that their coffee making skills have improved (coffee pot probably cleaner too). The staff were helpful and efficient. The bathroom is clean. The egg/sausage sandwich I ordered was good. I’m now planning on installing their rewards app for my upcoming trips in the near future!
