I always come to this Dunkin and i always see the same people and i love their service and food. I order the same thing everytime, today i i ordered a medium caramel iced coffee(cream and sugar) with a bacon egg cheese on a plain bagel. there were different faces today so i assumed they were new. They gave me a small coffee at first and i said it was a medium, they gave me a medium and the coffee didnt even look like it had cream or sugar in it!! i couldnt even taste the caramel! i had to “fix” it at home and add more “cream” i had milk, and more sugar.. didnt even taste like a caramel iced coffee at that point and my bacon egg cheese had NO CHEESE when i got home. i was very displeased with my order and next time im just going to have them re-do my coffee on the spot and check my food before hand, i shouldnt have to do this and waste other’s time but i pay money for this and i would want it done correctly and get the food i ordered..

Came through and ordered potato rounds and a breakfast sourdough sandwich along with coffee. When I got home…NO potato rounds and sourdough sandwich has melted cheese only. When it was suppose to have 2 eggs and 4 bacon on it also. Mind you…I was the only one in drive through…I could understand if they were rushing. Called the store and got manager who has no clue of what’s going on. Service sucks!

They charge you for cold brew coffee and give regular coffee on ice, they did it to me and the manager and the employee lied to me after I told them that if I drink the regular brewed coffee it will agitate my acid reflux, while I’m standing there talking to them I watched them do the same thing to people at the drive through, I went back 2 days later and they tried to do the same thing, I told the employee if it’s not cold brew I’m gonna be really upset then she admitted and told me not to drink it because it’s not cold brew, now I will never go there again ever!!!!! That manager should be fired for lying to me, when I asked her to make me another cold brew she told me there’s no more. I give one star only because I have to do I can post review.

I ordered a medium cold brew iced coffee with 1 CREAM. I get handed my cold brew at the drive-threw that’s absolutely drowned in cream. Look at the color of my cold brew in my picture. Tasted like drinking a cup of cream with ice! What part of 1 CREAM don’t you understand? People don’t want their iced coffees drowned in cream! They want to actually be able to taste the coffee! This Dunkin’ absolutely FAILS at making an iced coffee the right way! I will never come here again!

Usually they are great. But today- I waited in at the drive thru speaker for 10 min just to talk to the employee. He told me give me a moment but never returned and when I spoke to call on him, he said we are short handed today- give me a minute. This is ridiculous to have people wait for so long. This needs to be under control. There were 3 cars before me. And you’re telling me that they are that short handed that they cannot handle three orders.
