Don’t come here. I’m not sure if their machines are old, food not being stored properly, or if all the employees need to be retrained. Every time i get a bagel toasted with cream cheese, the bagel has a thin layer of cream cheese and is stale, barely edible. Happens with everything I order for this Dunkin sadly. I only went to this location because it’s the closest to my house but i’ll just go further down the road where they have better customer service where they actually do their jobs.———- i keep going back and it’s the same thing every time. Tried calling their store number but no one answers… so i called corporate instead!!!! these people are lazy and rude

I asked for 2 iced cappuccinos and I got just ice. Considering it’s the only drink I like from DD I would know how it’s supposed to look, taste, and what’s supposed to be in it and this is not it. It’s disgusting and now I’m making regular coffee at home to mix it with and hopefully make it less of a waste of my money.

I went in there to get an order. The doughnuts had flies all over them. They were not covered and the cashiers were two young girls that cared more about playing around and cursing. The one girl was a short black girl that act as of she did not know what order was placed by my customer. Don’t eat here

Always short staffed long waits in the drive thru regardless if there’s one car or 5 cars. They can never cook food cause there’s only one person or they don’t have any food. Lately they don’t have coffee flavors for the week. They charge you for free items on your Dunkin app. Always give you the wrong products. Staff is not trained properly. Never any management around. Poorly ran and very unfortunate. I do not recommend this location..

absolutely horrible. i drive up to the drive threw and had a couple variety donuts, 2 coffees and some more and the whole crew had a HORRIBLE attitude, and screaming in the microphone.. worst experience i ever had a dunkin’ donuts. As i called to ask for a manger she was the one who answered and had a horrible explanation as i was trying to talk.
