Went here on 12/10 at exactly 10:21:33 AM . Ordered a caramel iced coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel AND quite a few other things . However the whole order was correct BUT the iced coffee which I corrected as they pased it through the window , and soon as I got home realized that they gave me an everything bagel AND it was burnt to a crisp . NOT TO MENTION when we corrected the gentleman at the window about the coffee being iced and not hot , he took a deep breath and turned around to tell his fellow employees that they need to READ THE RECEIPTS CORRECTLY and not make these kinds of mistakes … I have called the location over 5 times and noone ever picks up . Literally will never spend money here again .

This Dunkin’ Donuts stood out to me due to the friendly and attentive service. I had ordered a drink and they checked it in front of me and asked if I liked it. I ordered an iced caramel latte made half sweet and was rudely told they don’t add sugar. She then asked if I wanted her to add sugar. I politely said no, please use half as much syrup as usual. She rolled her eyes, tossed her head and went off to get my order. It was literally the sweetest, worst latte I EVER tasted.

Ordered mini bagel bites and avocado toast. Bagel bites, cold as ice. Avocado toast, had bacon balled up in the center. I’d like to be able to come to this location since it’s close to my house but would now rather drive farther so I don’t waste my money. My recommendation, go anywhere but here.

these reviews are funny. One dude said he called yall 5 times. That’s craaaazy. There no reason to call a dunking donuts EVER. anyways I only had a bad experience once, but when I sit back and think about it, I wasn’t having a great day either. So I let it slide. People need to chill. This is a small town with only a few dunkins. Deal with it or go to starbucks
