I came here to get two coconut refreshers and two sweet black pepper bacon sandwiches. The first thing I noticed was that the workers had no hairnet or hat on but I continued to order my food. When my food was done one of the employees slid the food in silence awkwardly to my boyfriend and didn’t say anything and just walked away. When I saw my food they toasted my boyfriend’s sandwich but not mine I was expecting both sandwiches to be toasted but I didn’t mind. But halfway through eating my sandwich I look.. and there’s a little grey hair in my sandwich. Yall are violating Florida department of health laws it states specifically 64.11 “Hairnets, headbands, caps or other effective hair restraints shall be worn to keep hair from food and food-contact surfaces.” There’s a reason it’s enforced to prevent things like this from happening ️ I will not come back to this specific location anymore

This was my first time to this location, on (3/3/19). It was a rainy Sunday, early evening and I had a craving for DD Coffee! But since it was pouring outside I looked for a drive thru but saw none so out in the rain I go and asked the girl why they had no drive thru and as I uttered those words my eyes met the, “Drive thru window” and I said, Oh, yes you do, lol but it wasn’t visible from Port St Lucie Blvd. or even when your in that Plaza? Anyway, I ordered 2 Medium Regular DD Coffee’s, for some reason I don’t remember them costing $2.50 Ea.? But they were and a $1 tip because she was kind enough to give me a couple Donut holes for my Dog! (And they “weren’t” stale, ty)

Example: This is a picture of what I received when I ordered veggie cream cheese on the side. A blob of plain on it instead. This has to be the worst dunkin’…I can always expect the order to be wrong and that the food will take over 10 minutes. They are also always out of something. I usually need them to remake and so then I’m trapped for 20 minutes. The ppl are nice but they need to be trained and taught to move with a purpose.

I love Sarah & her strong loyalty/faithful team @ BP gas station in Port St. Lucie FL No matter how busy, lack of staff @ designated time, or long lines @ drive through, Sarah takes superior action as a young leader who can handle any daily business challenge! Sarah’s verbal skills are kind, gentle, & patient with every single customer! I really think that’s why their drive through is always busy because everyone keeps coming back to see Sarah! What an amazing angel & manager! I think Sarah rocks!

These 2 girls shut down the ovens everyday at 4pm so don’t expect to get something to eat. I was told the Dunkin’ down the street is open I’ll make that my new location moving forward. The owner needs to Let these girls go so they can collect that unemployment check. ✌ useless
