Just went to DD in Port St Lucie Traditions, the workers seem lack of energy and not welcoming. An hour after purchasing the donuts my wife and I were eager to eat them. We found them dry and left over. I attempted to call the store and the published number, it came back as a wrong number. I will attempt to call corporate to report.

I used my app for a drive-thru order and paid in advance. My order was completely wrong. I didn’t get my donuts at all and both iced coffees were regular coffees (not the signature favors I paid for). Then when I tried speaking with the assistant manager (Justin), he was rude to me because people were in-line behind me. I had my 2yr and 3-month-old in the car with me. Therefore, getting out and going inside was not an option. I ended up with no food and no help getting my order corrected because of the lack of professionalism from the staff and assistant manager.

I had ordered an unsweet tea. The barista gave me a sweet tea. I asked for my correct order and she tried to tell me I had ordered a sweet tea. Y’all be carting me out in an ambulance if I drink that. Nope. No ma’am. I only order unsweet. But she remade it correctly and it was delicious. The dining room and bathroom were clean. They had some cups for sale.

Every time I pull up to this place the employees are out back smoking. I order at the speaker and the guy is taking the order outside on the headset. Then him and other guy go inside and do t even wash their hands after hanging outside and taking out garbage. 2nd time this has happened and I drive away. This is disgusting and will get people sick. I know bc I got sick a month ago after getting coffee here.

This Place should be shutdown! You don’t deserve one star! The donuts are horrible! One of the girls working was sitting on the floor taking her break near the cashier while he’s taking our Order. So unprofessional! Get the donuts home to try. Absolutely disgusting . Take the donuts back the next day to let them know these were horrible and should have been put in the garbage! Girls look like they just crawled out bed arguing with me and saying I’m holding up the line. They can’t give a refund because I bought the donuts the day before. I told the girls by the time I got the donuts home they had closed. Other wise you bet I would have brought them right back same day! They need to get few Krispy Kreme donut shops and put Dunk out of business! You guys have horrible donuts! Never have I had a fresh good donut from you! And the customer service was absolutely appalling! You need to have someone babysit these young kids. They are so rude!

The staff here is horrible they lack attention to details they don’t pay attention they all are busy on the phone no wonder I had to wait in the drive thru line for 15 mins to get a small coffee to then go back inside twice for them to get my order right seems like a bunch of under age teenagers working but not taking their job seriously it was really frustrating I had to wait all that time and then go back inside twice for them to get it right I hope the GM look these reviews and get these employees straight so they can have a1 customer service.
