Renovation looks great, too bad I’ll never come back to this location again after I was verbally assaulted by the manager today. I didn’t get his name but 40s maybe, grayish hair and not in the Dunkin shirt. I was attempting to assist a trainee at the register who was struggling and asked twice for help from her coworkers. I was very calmly trying to tell her what she might want to look for on the buttons she is looking at. When I finally saw the “gentleman” who I assume was a manager with his headphones on and asked him nicely “could she get some help?” Here is his nasty response: “I’ve already called for help for her!! You’re not the only customer!” All said with a nasty look on his face. I’m sorry but I’m not taking that. If I was nasty or rushing her I would understand possibly him getting uptight but still not to that point. Obviously they did not get my $$ and they shouldn’t get yours either. There is another location nearby and they were super friendly.

My husband doesn’t miss a day! He literally makes a daily purchase at Dunkin Donuts. I was with him on Saturday and I had one of your ice coffees. It was delish. I go to this dunkin nearly almost EVERYDAY I get the SAME order EVERYDAY nothing changes “ small frozen coffee with 6 shots of Carmel swirls and WHIPPED CREAM ON TOP.. with 2 orders of hash brown “ same order EVERYDAY. The first time I let this slide I had the employee tell me in the drive thru ( when THEY FORGOT TO ADD WHIPPED CREAM ) the employee had theaudacity to tell me “ you are slowing us down you should have said that the first time “ WHICH I DID ( bad customer service ). Than another time I went there was someone new at the drive thru that time ( sweet lady ) but I briefly explained my order through the drive thru. And they STILL don’t get my order right. I don’t know if they are short staff but they NEED to hire people who actually want to work ?? And will make your order with compassion cause this is INSANE !!! How is it my fault you guys can’t get the order right ??? When I briefly said my order. I literally only go to this location because it’s a dollar less here at this location for a Frozen coffee. But I will be going to a different location. They NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF OR PEOPLE WHO CAN MANAGE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I despise coming to this Dunkin. I understand this one gets busy but this location can’t get my order right regardless of what time I come I honestly believe it’s the owner. Sometimes I come and it’s literally one kid working alone. Raise your workers wages so you can hire more people. I will just keep on moving to the new Dunkin.

I understand that the line gets long in the morning, hence why I order ahead of time on my mobile app. When I take my husband to work, I stop at this location. But it’s almost to the point where I’d rather go out of my way to go to a different location instead. Literally every single time I get to the window (or even go inside), half or most of my order is missing and I have to tell them what I’m missing. There’s no point in ordering ahead of time at this location when I have to sit there and wait for it to be made. I’ll go elsewhere.

My husband and I were laughing having a great morning ordering our coffee and she had a very nasty attitude you could just tell how miserable she was.
