Disappointing, unfortunately this morning was definitely busier than what it usually is i guess that caused stress on staff. I’m guessing a higher up employee was under most stress as she was barking orders at coworkers stating, “she doesn’t care just get people moving” well my cold brew consisted of large amount of ice i guess to use less of cold brew and large amount of cold foam to cover up lack of actual coffee. Very disappointed

Went to get a croissant at around 5:55. Was told my food couldn’t be made because the ovens were down for cleaning. I asked them why they were down already at 6 and was told it was for cleaning. Considering the establishment closes at 8 and that i know you aren’t supposed to shut down food for cleaning until later in the day, I’m very frustrated with this situation. I personally already struggle to eat due to some health issues and was excited to be hungry for the first time in months, to then be refused service. Closing ovens early has been a long term issue at this location. Please do better, keep a manager on shift for close or SOMETHING. This experience being so repetitive has made my situation way more difficult than it has to be.

Mocha iced coffee was delicious! Woman at counter was not super nice but ok… she went out with another woman to smoke and I waited for a while for my sandwich. I got up to ask and another woman getting trash notices and gave me food. Walking out women were smoking at the tables outside door one had a hairnet I’m sure she will not change to return to cook. They need to be more careful dealing with food. And smoke further from door where customers are walking in, this close can trigger people with asthma.

This is the WORST dunkin in this area Workers have the worst customer service. Jacky the old lady with barely no teeth is always drunk on the clock & very rude. Breathe smells like alcohol & cigarettes !! All they do is get drunk & run back & forth from the bar Harpers behind the store on the clock & drink. Homeless people hanging out in the front all day & night. Burn the place down or get better management!!! T

This is usually my favorite Dunkin to stop at on my way to work. However, today has definitely changed my perspective. I went for my normal stop, pulled up to the drive through, placed my order. But Emily, person taking drive through orders, was not paying attention. I was asked to repeat my order three times. I finally asked if she was able to hear me over the noise. Emily stated “I can hear but I’m trying to get your order right.” So for the fourth time I repeat my order, I was given the wrong purchase amount, which was almost double the amount of what I pay regularly. Again I stop here at least 3 times a week and my total is the same every time $3.69. I pulled up to the window, asked the person who opened the window if she was taking the orders. She replied “no it wasn’t me” Emily then began yelling at me through the window, she stated “I’m having a bad day” And slammed the window in my face. I kindly went inside to talk to a manager and was told “our manager leaves at 4 everyday and it’s only use three here” When I came inside the store, Emily continued to verbally assault me. So with that being said, Emily I hope your life gets better, that you get less bitter, that you learn how treat customers, that you get re-trained on your customer service skills. Lastly Emily, I hope you learn how to better control your emotions. So because you had a bad day, I couldn’t use my hard earned money to buy my coffee and doughnut for my daughter.
