DO NOT USE. Worst experience ever. I decided to surprise my customer with 6 dozen doughnuts and put the order in on DoorDash *the day before*. THIS note came attached my order. They did not contact me OR DoorDash that they could not fulfill the order. This made us look bad to our customer. I will never use this store for our business again.

First time going here, even though we live just across the street. I was looking for a snack to appease my 1 & 3 year-olds. The Halloween-themed spider donuts were a huge hit. Very friendly worker. Now I’m just waiting on the surgar rush to wear off . We’ll definitely be back.

I’ve come here for years and it has slowly gone downhill, with the drinks typically tasting like dirt and lacking the cream/sugar I ordered. Not to mention they’ve doubled their prices. I tried the drive thru today, waited for ten minutes and I guess they didn’t feel like working it – I drive past the window and someone is just standing there. If Dunkin wants to stay open, they should probably get a competent manager who will hire employees that want to work.

They get 2 stars because the man in the drive through was nice. Anyways.. they were out of avocado toast.. ok cool but why tell me that when I pull up to the window… lol now I can’t see the menu no more and idk what I want. Then they forgot my jelly.. ok cool I go back in the store and ask for jelly, a girl with if I remember right green hair says “it’s over there” girl…. Over where??? It could be hanging from the ceiling for all I know. This dunking is definitely giving McDonald’s vibes.
